NOTE: I will make transfers of anyone I am not directly descended from to someone else who is. As long as you are a family member and I am not, I will transfer. This is first come, first serve, however.

I see that you have made lots of connections regarding my Hume family, I was just curious how you were able to determine who parents were and such, It appears that you have a wealth of information.

RE: Russ Chase
He is buried in Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, next to his sons, Kirk and Mark. The three of them are buried near Harold Edward Chase and his wife Jewell.

Moses Moore
Moses Moore and Moses Moore, Jr., are buried in the Desha lot with their daughter/sister, Eliza Moore Desha. There were no other Moores in the lot. I searched the Battle Grove Cemetery spreadsheet at battlegrovecemetery.com. Moses' wife, Grizella, and son, Washington, are not located in the Cynthiana, Kentucky, cemetery.

Contact Info - Holly Howard
Hi Daniel,
I would love to get educated on the Townsends. I have a friend desperately trying to prove revolutionary lineage, but I will not go against DNA evidence. I am a firm believer, "DNA doesn't lie..."

Townsend
I am researching George Washington Townsend. Some public trees indicate he is the son of Zepheniah Townsend from NY. Have you any source to support this assumption? There is a George mentioned in a history book who is the son of Zepheniah but I am not certain it is this one.

RE: Pendroys/Pendrys in Marion CO Iowa
If I run across someone close to that area who would volunteer to check the cemetery for other Pendroys...I will let you know. Have a good day!

RE: Pendroys/Pendrys in Marion CO Iowa
Hi Daniel. I remember taking the photo of that stone simply because the lighting seemed to be perfect that day and was pretty proud with how the photo turned out. I really enjoyed being a photo volunteer but unfortunately other priorities do not allow me to visit that cemetery anymore. It is about 15-20 miles from my home. I wonder if the City of Monroe could tell you who has the records for that particular cemetery. It is a very small cemetery, and I do remember many stones that were no longer in very good shape and some that were laying on the ground and almost completed hidden by the grass and dirt that had settled on top. The cemetery is located on the outer edge of the town of Monroe, Iowa. I hope this information is of use.

Jane
John Hume/ Elzaphan
John, this is Jane Collins. We connected via email awhile back (3/30/2015)about my 5th great grandfather John Hume's son being John's son, not William's. Thank you for that! I have since found John's will, proving that Elzaphan is his son. I found it in Kentucky, Wills and Probate Records, 1774-1989, on Ancestry. I knew you were right and I had to do a lot of changing to make my family tree correct. Now I have documented proof. I did give the info to Doris. Maybe she'll look it up herself.
Thanks again for your help.
