I am a retired veteran and genealogist. I work on Fort Knox so I have opportunities to visit some cemeteries on post and in Hardin County, KY.
If you would like to have a memorial transferred to you, please let me know by using the Edit tab and sending me a note.
Please feel free to use any of my photographs for your personal use. I take the time to go to the cemeteries, take and post headstone pictures so family researchers can find their ancestors, so if you use my photographs and post them on any for-profit web sites (ex, Ancestry.com, etc), please give me credit.

I believe this to be my 2nd great grandfather. The middle initial was F. I do believ that sometimes the headstones were inaccurate because I have found it to be so on many other family headstones. His daughter was Cora Devary. Could you please connect them together on relationship. I would be grateful. Thanks.
My great grandma Cora Ann Richardson Devary

I visited both cemeteries in the past. Since you were just there and it is unlikely that there are two identical stone memorials in two area cemeteries for these folks, I will delete the records I created associated with St Ignatius cemetery. I know how important it is to be accurate and apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused the users of Find A Grave.
"This memorial, and his wife's memorial (Nannie Downey) are in the wrong cemetery. They are buried East Rhude Baptist Church Cemetery in Hardin County. I visited the cemetery last weekend, photographed their headstones, and created memorials for them. If you relocate them to this cemetery, please let me know and I will delete mine. Thanks. (If you move them, please copy the census data in John's memorial over to yours.)"

Made the links and thanks for the info. I've never been able to determine Willie's maiden name but if this is your family I have no objection to making a transfer.
Thanks for the picture of his tombstone. Needham Smith Chapel is where a lot of my mother's Cundiff family is buried. I love this cemetery and at one time I made memorials for all the people buried there that didn't have a memorial. I hope one day to get there and take pictures of all the tombstones and put them on the memorials. I notice that you have done a lot of work on findagrave and I just want to let you know that I appreciate you! God Bless You! Janice

Just wanting to know the source you have showing him buried here. I could not find a Ky. Birth or Death Record for him. Thanks and have a blessed day!

Yes, I would like to maintain her memorial.
By the way are you related to any Richards out of Missouri? My father's mother was a Richards.
