Bio Photo Almost every genealogist sooner or later ends up looking for their ancestors in a cemetery because a great deal of information can be found there. If the listings and photos I've posted at Find A Grave has helped you send me an email or leave a message.

Transfers, family links must be done thru the proper edit, suggest a correction tab others will be ignored. A transfer is not necessary for family links or bio additions.

Family surnames include Bull,Beasor,Kreitzbender,Meyer,Meyers,Mauerman,Randall,Davis and so many more

Ira Allen
Phyllis, I finally made it out to Hamburg, stopped by the cemetery (Prospect Lawn). Found my GGG Grandfather right away (King Allen) along with his wife and daughters. I realized later that I did not locate their son, Ira P. Allen. I will go back tomorrow to see if I can locate him. If you wouldn't mind transferring him to my care I would greatly appreciate it, but if not I understand, thanks again for all you do within the F.A.G. community.

Joseph Desbecker
I am a Desbecker descendant of Samuel and Marie Desbecker. They had 9 children. I have succeeded in linking 8 of their children and the only one who is missing is Joseph. Would you please link him to his father Samuel Desbecker (118710100) and his mother Marie Weil Desbecker (118710036). Perhaps you would also link him to his wife Minnie Levyn Desbecker (71198803). Thank you so much!

RE: Arlene Achterberg Hare
Thank you for allowing the correction, Phyllis. I will be making a trip to Tonawanda in the next few weeks to take care of the markers for not only my mother, but also my grandmother, uncle and great uncle. Thank you for doing all that you do. I had no idea these gravesites were not being maintained in what is supposed to be a perpetual care cemetery.

RE: Arlene Achterberg Hare
Please note this grave is my mother's, whose name is Irene Achterberg Hare, daughter of Margaret Achterberg Figenbaum. I am sorry my distance from her grave prevents better maintenance of these markers.

Georges Hermann Tegder
Hey Phyllis,
My g-g-grandfather was Bernard Hermann Tegeder, changed to Tegder in the USA. He and Anna Catherina Bruser had 6 known children b. New Orleans Catherina Margaretha Elizabeth, Bernard Hermann , Jr., George's Hermann, Henry Adolph, Anna Catherina Bernadine and my g- grandfather John Bernard. Is this your George's Hermann Tegder?

If so I might have some information for you.

David Foote
Hi Phyllis,

I've sent you a bio in an SAC for David Foote's memorial, which I hope you will add. I became interested in the Sprauges because the property where my house is located was once the Jesse Sprague farm. I was touched by David and Rhoda's story, and have tried to write it into a tasteful bio. (The local papers of the time were less so). I also sent an auto edit to link both wives (hopefully it will not unlink the parents - the new system is still somewhat glitchy).

They're Never Alone
RE: Mary Parker and Silas Parker
Thank You so much for linking Mary to her husband and Silas to his brother. We have been working on our genealogy and were so happy to go as far back as we have been able to. It gives you a connection that cant be found any other way once your relations have crossed and it gives them recognition and rememberance even after they have crossed. Thank you
