Lagniappe! The majority of my memorials has been recorded with GPS (Global Positioning System). The benefit is to identify a grave location within a cemetery without having to walk it down to find a grave. To use this resource either (1) under the memorial "Plot", click on the "blue hypertext coordinates" to open the map looking for the "Green Arrow" or "orange ballon with black dot" indicating grave location. (2) under the memorial "Note", copy & paste coordinates "As Is" into Google Earth to view grave location within the cemetery looking for the "cross-hair +". Suggest you print out a copy of the map prior to your visit to the cemetery. Pay forward, obtain the GPS of your cemetery trail to share to others seeking genealogy.|
Kindly honor our veterans. When you visit a cemetery, please record, photograph their marker, post to update memorial, or if not created already, create a new memorial. You are invited to view my Virtual Cemeteries honoring veterans service in defense of freedom. Lest We Forget!

Thank you for all the work you have done on Find a Grave. Peggy Miley 45718189 and Spec James Edwards 96843887 are sister and brother and my first cousins. I'm working on making links for our family and would like to add Peggy and James to their parents. You did such a nice presentation for James and I thank you for honoring our servicemen. Peggy and James had an ancestor in the Revolutionary War. War of 1812, Civil War, and their father fought in World War II. Thank you, mary

Thank you for posting my father's grave on here; if not for you, I would probably not know where he was buried. My Dad remarried a woman that kept him away from all of his family; unfortunately, he was not strong enough to overrule her. Thank you as well for posting all Daddy's medals. What you do is so meaningful and touches lives in ways you will probably never know.

It has been 8 weeks....any idea when the perm. marker will be in place?
No, no kin. I found an obituary online. Thanks for the edit and all the memorials you've added.
