Bio and Links
Bio Photo Having a great love for genealogy, visiting cemeteries is a way to "get to know" some of my ancestors, cousins, aunts and uncles especially when there is no other photo available.

If you see a photo that I have posted that is unclear due to resizing or want the full photo, please email me and I may be able to provide the unreduced photograph.

Effective immediately: when you send me links to parents or spouse, I will not be able to add the links unless you give me both the name and the link number and the request is made via the edit field (no emails or message on my contributor page). This is to ensure that the link is made to the correct person.

I copied this from someone else's contributor page and find that it applies to my expectations as well:

TRANSFERS: I will transfer memorials within the Find A Grave four-generation rule. I will be happy to add additional information or links. I will not transfer my own relatives except in very rare instances.

REQUESTING TRANSFERS: Use the "Edit" button; I will not respond to email or contributor page transfer requests. This helps ensure accuracy. Please do not request multiple transfers in one message; one person per request. Do not send requests like "transfer all Millers in this cemetery." To comply with transfer policy, you must fully explain your relationship to the individual.

LINKS: While genealogy is a secondary function of Find A Grave, I think linking makes Find A Grave more informative and is a great genealogy tool. Again, use the "Edit" button. I will not respond to email or contributor page requests. One person per request. For example, if you want to link all the children of a couple to the parents, send an individual request for each child. I will not add links without the link number and name.

PICTURES: I take pictures for people to enjoy and use as documentation in their research. Therefore, you may use them for your personal needs. However, if you republish them, add the following: WPO Patti, Find A Grave contributor 46588659. Under NO circumstances are the pictures to be used in a "for sale" publication (or website) without my express written permission for each item.

OBITUARIES: I will not add an obituary without a source. If you see one of my memorials with an obituary attached and it contains either living individuals or no source, please send me a suggestion through the edit field so that I might correct it to agree with findagrave rules.

Zachariah Keeton Family
Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work. Your efforts are very appreciated by our family. Zachariah Keeton's daughter Hattie Irene Keeton was my maternal gr-grandmother. We loved her dearly. She was such a precious lady with all goodness, the Lord, in her heart. It is good to see that several family members are at rest together.SLR Sanford Knight.

Caleb Mott
Patti, Thank you so much for the additional information about Caleb. The Edward B. Mott listed is my great grandfather. Caleb and his wife, Charlotte, lived in Pratt, Kansas. Years later Charlotte remarried and she is buried in Pratt,Kansas, in Greenlawn Cemetery. Odd the coincidences in life, isn't it??

Caleb Mott
Patti, Do you have any further information on the Caleb Mott buried in Hot Springs, Arkansas, other than the photo of the headstone? My great grandfather (Edward Bernard Mott) had an older brother who died in Hot Springs and his name was Caleb. Caleb served in the Civil War for Wisconsin. I will check my records to see if I have information on what branch he served in. I'd love to know if this was our Caleb. He was living in Pratt County, Kansas, and reportedly travelled to Hot Springs for treatment of old Civil War wounds.

Redmond at Friendship Baptist Cemetery
Patti,
You are very welcome. I meant to go back to the cemetery several years ago and photograph their tombstones but both my grandparents died and so many other things came up. The Redmonds are connected with my Conn family as their daughter married Rev. Willie Conn. So sad she died so young after being married only 10 months. Amy
