I have had a blast finding relatives, living and passed, from findagrave. I hope I will be able to discover more about the past while helping others in their search.|
I work from internment list so please contact me if you think I've made a typo, want to add more information or just take over the memorial page. I tried to carefully enter all information just as if it was my own families, but mistakes still happen and I can only enter what is already on the list (mistakes included). Can't wait to start on the next cemetery!
I started doing my family genealogy in 2008 and I'm so hooked. The thrill of going through history through my ancestor's eyes is amazing. I currently live in Japan and can't thank every enough for helping me find family. Finding the graves is often the only picture we have left of our ancestors. I can't wait until I return to America and can visit our hometown cemetery and repay the kindness many have already shown.
Thank you to my many friends on findagrave for their concern for me and my family since the March 11 earthquake. I was really touched by your kindness.

Hi, Wendi if you are interested in other obituaries for the Coon family you might want to check out the Taylor County, Iowa gen web site where I and others have posted many obituaries for this family. Feel free to use them on memorials or for your family research. Please cite the source (name of newspaper, date, etc.) when copying. I and the other volunteers for this web site request only that the transcriptions not be sold for commercial purposes. Here is the link: http://iagenweb.org/taylor/obitsCoo.html Best wishes, Julia Johnson
Thank you, I would love to manage Susan's memorial.

I was just looking through pages with no last name and thought I would check the Minnesota death index for a first name Emma, who died in 1931 in Marshall County and thought Emma Knutson Moen might be her. No relation, just gave a crack at trying to find out who she might be.

I believe I covered the whole cemetery. It is a hobby for me so I do not know anyone in this cemetery or the history of it. Sorry. There were some graves in the back of the cemetery with no names, broken and partially in the woods so I did not take pictures of those. Glad you enjoyed my work. : ) This is why I love doing this, when distance keeps you from being able to visit you can find them on here. : )

Wow! Thank you so much for your kind message. I'm so glad that you were able to benefit from my time at the cemetery. If there's anything else you'd like me to photograph for you, please let me know.
Thanks again and have a terrific day!

Thanks so much for the transfer. Your computer is not the only one that acts up. I was having problems too. Mine did not want to send out messages either. Any way again thanks.

I would appreciate if you would transfer Carroll to me. Thanks. Jim Wierman #47092726
You are very welcome! I also posted photos to the memorials for Millie and Bernt Grotte. All three markers were next each other.
