I am currently looking for information on family buried in the Dexter Cemetery in Jefferson County,NY or surrounding areas. Two of my great-great-great-grandparent's are William J. Fairbanks, Jr. and Francis Farney who died 3 weeks after having my great-great-grandmother Ella Fairbanks Wilson's sister Francis Fairbanks Farnan. Ella was born in 1878 and died in 1965. I'm also looking for info on her husband Wilbur F. Wilson. Father Henry Wilson and mother Ursula Bowers Wilson.|
They had 3 children; Harold Wilson born in 1900 and died in 1943, Maurice Wilson born in 1907 and died in 1983 he was married to Gladys Bowen, and my great-grandmother Hazel Wilson LaRoche born in 1902 and died in 1993. Hazel was married to Joseph LaRoche and previously married to William E. Johnson. His mother and father were Frank Johnson and Catharine Doran.
William's cousin I presume was Perl B. Johnson of the Johnson Funeral Home in Dexter,NY. I would like to know how exactly they are connected to each other. I would love to receive any information on the Fairbanks/Wilson/Johnson/Bowers families from Jefferson County,NY and possibly St. Lawrence County as well as Canada.

Your welcome. I did add a photo for Erwin & Adeline. The stone with no names or dates is located adjacent to Adeline's parents so I am reasonable sure it is their stone. I also created memorials for her parents and sent a SAC to have links added..........Don

Christie; Transfers complete. There were 3 other Maxson stones in the cemetery that I photographed but did not make memorials. One is a large stone in the older section but has no names or dates on it. The other 2 appear to be pre-need as there are birth dates but no death dates. I will send you these photos in a separate e-mail.

I was at the Tower cemetery today. Did not find your Maxson photo request but did find others for which I made memorials and added photos. I you wish, I will transfer these to you.

Hi. I have just fulfilled your photo request for James Farnan. If you could put in a photo request for Frances, I have two photos I can add to her memorial.

I called and requested an email address to send plot request that they could answer as they found time. They responded VERY quickly.
If they could be shown that graves being on Findagrave would cut down on these requests for plot information, I think they would be more helpful to Find A Grave volunteers.
However, I did find them very helpful to family members.
Give them a call and try....
