I first discovered FindAGrave when trying to research the paternal side of my family. I still have a major brick wall with that line, but get a great deal of satisfaction helping other people break through theirs.
I especially like to document older cemeteries, and also enjoy filling photo requests.
When I'm out filling photo requests, I'll post pages for others in the same area, or a marker that has touched me in some way. If it turns out that one of them is your family member, please let me know and I'll gladly fix any errors, transfer ownership, or delete it if you prefer. My purpose is only to show respect and make sure everyone is remembered.
I'm happy to share photos with family members for personal, non-commercial use, and will gladly send full resolution versions, as long as the photo was taken recently and still resides on my computer - LOL!
Geraldine Stewart I saw where you left a candle on her site in the Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego. Is she part of your family tree? I think she belongs to the McCluskey family tree. Her father might be CB McCluskey. I think Earl A. Stewart in the same cemetery is her husband. They originally lived in Chicago. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks! Sally
Request Hello! You added a photo of the 2006 Mass grave at the Los Angeles County Crematory Cemetery to Donna P. Risley's memorial.... My cousin Frank Scalla is in the same exact mass grave. I posted a request for his photo. Could you please fulfill the request by adding that photo?

M.Johnson gravestone Thank you for writing back. Thanks for the info on the Historical Society. If you ever do get a chance to see that stone again and can make anything out, I would love an email any time! Thanks, again, Charlene
Re: grave posting M.W. Johnson 73352258 While on Ancestry I happened upon your posting of a grave of M.W.Johnson 73352258. I believe it belongs to my great-great grandfather Mack Johnson whose birth and death dates match that headstone. He lived and died in Missouri. There is more on the stone that is unreadable in the photo. Do you have any information on the inscription or regarding this marker? Thank you, Char Jennings
