Bio Photo Carolyn B. Leonard, author, freelance magazine writer, genealogist, speaker, past president of Oklahoma Writers Federation, recently honored in Kentucky for locating and marking graves of American Revolutionary Patriots. If you see incorrect or missing info on a memorial that I manage, I will be happy to fix that. (Please provide info on where your info can be sourced) Also I am happy to transfer any immediate family members to another volunteer. Findagrave guidelines say request only transfer within four generations, but I sometimes agree to transfer more distant relatives - so long as they are not also my ancestors. Use the "Edit" tab on the memorial which will make it easier to add info or make other changes.

Please cite my name as reference if you choose to use any photos that I have posted here. Please show the courtesy of asking permission and telling me where you want to use the info.

Pretty simple really. Francis Andrew Murphy married Julia M McDonell and had children.

RE: Fausset memorials, Indiana
Hi Carolyn, I sponsor some of the memorials that we are related to in one way or another. Since I was married to a Fausset 54 years ago and I was not interested in genealogy whatsoever, I didn't pay any attention to it at all, then when our children were grown and married, they wondered who was really related to us and how. Then as the years had passed, I started in looking for more information on the family. We were lucky as we had inherited pictures from relatives, and those who knew much more than I did. My husband's father was born as Paul Noble Belyew, to an unwed mother, Charlotte. When she married John Fausset, John adopted Paul. Charlotte and John Fausset did have two other children, Joseph Carl and Ernestine Frances. There again, we were lucky to have been sent the adoption records for Paul who was a half brother to Joseph Carl and to Ernestine. Also, there were a some Fausset's, who were also related, who lived in Mayes Cty., OK., which is about 60 miles from where we are. John Fausset was born in Indiana, is buried in a cemetery in Mayes County, OK and his brother is also, but neither one of those graves have markers on them. Anyway, when a memorial is sponsored, there can be more pictures put on it, and it's ad free, which is a plus. Glad to hear from you. Suzan Fasullo Fausset

Frances Lee
Thank you for updates on Frances' memorial. She was the first of my mother's siblings to pass. Since Buffalo is so remote, I wondered if your connection is local. Frances lived with her daughter. I was there until two days before Frances passed, but she was travelling to a high school reunion in Canadian, TX. My sons birthdays were August 20 and 21, and I promised my wife we would be home for their birthdays. Frances arrived back home from the trip and passed soon after entering they home. I could not locate Frances at first because of the use of her previous married name. I am in touch with Alice, her daughter, and will talk with her about how Frances last name should appear.

She was exhumed in 2013 (97342457) from Pleasant Ridge Cemetery an reinterred (6675835) in Laverne Memorial Cemetery. You should delete her from Pleasant Ridge.
Thank You !

No, I'm sorry, I'm not related. I've just been working on filling in some of the holes in the list of burials at Mountain View.

Spicer, Mary not found
City Hall had no records of MAry Spicer in either of the two cemeteries in Ellsworth, KS. We walked both cemetery entirely and found no headstone to match this name.

E.L. Wall
My Wife is a descendent of E.L. Wall (Edgar Lee Wall), that is Buried in Buffalo, Harper County, Oklahoma. I was curious on, if you knew of any other info about him. His Day of Death? Maybe a Photo of His Headstone? if that possible it would be so amazing
