I am always happy to transfer management of memorials to family that is interested in improving the memorial for genealogical purposes.
Of course, there is a price. For every memorial transferred, I ask that you go out and add twice as many graves with pictures to the Findagrave collection.
I will also happily update any memorial in my inventory with information that you provide.
Note: If you create a duplicate of a memorial that I already have in my inventory - please delete your memorial and then request (using the 'edit' tab) to have the memorial transferred to your account.
You have my permission to use any of my pictures for non-commercial genealogy pursuits. Please attribute them to the appropriate Findagrave.com memorial.
Surnames of Interest: Allen, Anderson, Bayless, Bowen, Deaton, Dieck, Dowling, Fitzgerald, Fritz, Gibson, Hegg, Hagen, Hankel, Johnson, Jones, Kolve, Kramer, Leroy, Lorch, Mead(e), Mullikin, Moll, O'Kane, Pieh, Quammen, Reynolds, Sawyer, Shannon, Stewart, Thomas, Tilson, Watson, Weaver, Weitzel, Worden, Zeckman

 | Ann Dowling Calvin - Mumford Chapel Cemetery Hello, I just added the photo you requested for Ann Calvin in Mumford Chapel Cemetery. Her stone is very hard to read.
I also added a photo of her husband's stone in case you were interested (Find A Grave Memorial# 91168689).

 | Perry Mead I have added his parents, and also transferred management to you. I didn't notice his full middle name until later, so perhaps you can add that. You are welcome to use the photo of his marker.

 | Nancy Ann (Shannon) Bayless You wrote: ------------------------- Hi Gail, I almost fell over backwards when I came across this memorial today. Breaks my heart to see what is possibly my 4th great grandmother's stone in many pieces, but I'm happy to see that someone has taken the time to document what remains. Did you or your great aunts happen to have any records on or do any research on Nancy Ann 'Shannon' Bayless (1796-1879)and her parents? Thank-you for maintaining the memorial. Be well, Bill Bowen......
I was transferred this memorial because Gordon thought I might have more info. I've tried to find her husband's name, and to see if he was buried by her, but I haven't found this info. If you have that, I would try to link them. I can't transfer to you, sorry. Find A Grave only allows 1 transfer. Please let me know if I can add more to her memorial. Gail

 | RE: N Bayless Memorial Hey there - Happy to try to help. I have worked several cemeteries in Unicoi County. This particular cemetery is most commonly known as "Erwin #2" and is located adjacent to the WEMB radio station on private property. It is moderately well maintained by the property owner, although not restored. I did a complete photo survey of this cemetery and used data from "Cemeteries of Unicoi County" to assist that effort. That compilation had many contributors and was completed in 1989 - a copy of which is in my local library. The entry for your ancestor reads as follows: "Bayless, N., Dec 31, 1796-Jan. 2, 1879". There is also an entry for "Bayless, W.E., Jan. 19, 1844-July 18, 18--". I was not able to locate that marker. There are unmarked stones and fieldstone marked graves, as well. I have done a fair amount of work for "Irish Lady" on the Bayless surname, hence my transfer to her - although IIRC, Irish Lady did not have a direct connection to this person. Perhaps you might contact her and compare notes. A side note on cemeteries in Unicoi County - many are named after families and utilize the #1, #2, etc theme - this makes for quite some confusion at times. I have been able to get several such errors aligned to the correct burial places. If I can help further, just holler - happy researching. Gordon | | | B. Coberley

I had Nancy Allen was born in Washington County VA - ref W E Tilson's death cert.
I had Nancy Allen's middle name as Shrewsbury - not sure were I got it. Salt Lake has Shrewsbury family sheet from VA. Cannot tell anything yet.
I had Nancy Allen's Dad as George Allen from - Pat Alderman's Tilson Grist Mill book.

 | Add Stuff Bill,
Was just going to link her to my Google Stuff.
Step 1. edit bio Step 2. Add the below HTML and it should link to it:
See Web Google Map at Tilson Farm - Greasy Cove TN
Step 3. Save Changes
See how that does.
Also I think I had something about her family - I will look and forward to you.

 | RE: Tilson Memorials Bill,
We went to the Tilson farm a few times and look around at the Gillis and Tilson cemeteries.
I had put on Google Maps some of our pictures.
Take a look.
