|Melody Olaker||Fred Perkins, Memorial# 48386439|
I have Fred Perkins in my Family Tree, married to Olis Nichols. In his Memorial page# 48386439, it has her listed as his spouse. But the photo of his headstone has "Amanda" on it. But she is not listed on that page who it is. Do you have anymore information on that? Thank you in advance.
Just wondering if you are related to Margarett. She is my husband's aunt. If you are not related, would you please consider transferring her memorial to me? I would truly appreciate it.
Thanks, Brenda Riffe Forrest

|J.L. Bidwell||RE: James C. Hanks|
My cousin, Vicky Reany Paulson has written two books, "Abraham Lincoln's Hanks Family Genealogy, Vol.'s 1 & 2", which are now in the Lincoln Bedroom at the White House. (The research has been confirmed by the Lincoln Presidential Library, in Springfield, IL.)
James C. Hanks mis-spoke during his newspaper interview with the Lima News; perhaps due to his old age. His great grandfather, Thomas Hanks, was Lucy Hanks' brother. James C. Hanks was actually Nancy Hanks' 1st Cousin, 2x removed... and not her nephew.
|Heidi Klardie||RE: Marys Obituary|
Mary Arletta Tibbetts(Mccard) I found her with her last name spelt Tibbotts, in Kansas and in Lima Ohio. Her disappearance was a big family mystery, until last year, I found a census and marriage license for her children that listed her and her parent's in them. From what I know she was born 6-14-1848 in Exeter, Me and Herbert born 1-10-1852 Exeter, Me. she was 4 years older then Herbert Robinson, but she ran away from her husband to be with Herbert who lived down the road from her while she was married to Martin Mccard, who she had 3 daughters with and left them with him to raise. Martin died in 1899 only 12 years after she left him. Mercy Ann Mccard Mary and Martins oldest daughter raised her 2 sisters after that. My great grandmother, daughter of Mercy was the source for this info. Thanks for your help on here. If there's any other info you would like to share, feel free or to correct any with documentation from somewhere, as genealogy people we know any document can have mistakes or misleading info from the actual source, As I've learned. Have a great day!
