 | #42203790 Thanks for the heads up on this memorial. I think you are right and it should be Carleton instead of Carlton. | | | Carla Starling
 | New Hope Baptist Church I have family buried at New Hope Baptist Church in Meriwether County, but before I added them I wanted to be sure that this is the correct church. The New Hope Baptist Church that I am referring to is located outside of the city of Warm Springs off of the Durand Highway. I hope I have given you enough of a description of the location. Please email me if you have any questions.
Thank you, Carla Starling rckr@bellsouth.net | | | Thomaston-Upson Archives
 | Upson County Cemeteries Todd,
I am glad you were able to find the Gresham marker you guys were looking for. If there is anything we can do for you just let us know. It was good talking to you and we hope you have a good day! | | | T. B. Willis
 | Howell family at Martin Churchyard Dear Todd, Thank you for your help with the members of the Howell family who served in the Civil War. Their father, Burwell Howell, served as a Trustee of the Martin Methodist Church which this cemetery is associated with. I visited it perhaps 35 years ago, and it was completely overgrown. I was able to only locate the marker of their sister, Smitha Jane Howell Stallings. Best, Todd B. Willis | | | Laura
 | BF Watson Thanks SO much! This is my great-great-grandfather. I had read that the cemetery had been "abandoned & overgrown", so I was worried this would never get fulfilled. It is deeply appreciated. If you ever have a request for SE Texas, let me know! :-)Added by Laura on Feb 16, 2011 9:57 PM | | | | [View all messages...] |
