I am an Endicott on both my mother's side and my father's side, so I am particularly interested in the Endicott line. My other lineage includes many Hons and Clevelands, from in and around southern Illinois and Indiana, though it does seem that these two branches had many persons who lit out for Arkansas, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California. That pioneer stock were adventurous souls!|
I occasionally locate and photograph other headstones in cemeteries in White County, Illinois, and try to accommodate photo requests if possible. I also enjoy linking parents and children whenever I can.
I am happy to transfer any memorial to closer relatives at any time. You are free to use any photographs I have posted on the memorials, but please give credit. Thanks!

I went ahead and transferred them both to you. I would rather a relative no matter how distant have them then a stranger.

I added Susie Stokes which according to Ancestry.com was Virgil's wife. Then there was a child born in 1939 and died in 1944 named Jimmy Dale Stokes.
Those two were next to each other and I came across them first which was a good thing. Virgil's was 2 rows over and I might have overlooked it since it's so hard to read. Yet knowing there were other Stokes in the area I spread out my search area a little more.
If you would like these two I will be glad to transfer them to you.

Sorry about the dup. I added the pic to your memorial. I will be in White County next week and may have some time to grave hunt. Let me know if I can try to find someone for you.

Thank you for offering to look for the graves of my gg grandparents. The work you and others have done on Find-A-Grave is so valuable. Reid McCallister

According to "Cemeteries of White County" V2 my gg grandmother Margaret Ditter Beck is buried at Maple Ridge Cemetery.
She was born 1816 in Baden Germany, married Martin Beck in Ohio in 1842 and died in Carmi on September 21, 1893.
Husband Martin Beck died in 1882 and believe is buried in Barth Cemetery along with gg grandmother Julianna Harpster who died in 1875.
Would love to get a memorials for any of these ancestors if you visit these cemeteries.

If by end of June I haven't posted an updated clean photo, message me as a reminder. If you are family, you might contact cemetery regarding a veteran's marker being entirely covered. Maybe they can put some crab grass killer around it.

This is one of my Uncles. Find A Grave #78009978.
Would you consider transferring this to me?
|Thomas Pierson Jones||Lela Cummins Benjamin|
Sorry for taking so long to reply to your msg. We are back from FL and now catching up.
I would prefer to keep her in my Benjamin family as she was my Aunt, by way of my mother. Aunt Lela was the wife of my mother's older brother. Her daughter now 96 is still living as well as grandchildren and grandchildren that I am in touch with.
Regards, Thomas P. Jones
