Coke
Hi Mellissa. I sent you an email today about a memorial I now manage. I noticed that you have also left flowers/notes on an assortment of other Coke memorials. (They are from my Coke family and from two other Coke families unrelated to mine or each other.) I notice that a number of people are confused about this - what I have just realised seems to be a rather common practice, of strangers randomly plonking flowers onto other people's family members' graves; you and some other 'usual culprits' have added flowers to my Coke's famous-person uncle's uncle's grave as well. Some people evidently find this a little annoying and self-serving, as do I. Since it seems you are not related to my Coke, could I ask that you remove the flower, please? You will also save yourself a lot of repetitive questions in your messages here if you don't keep doing this. ;)

Fike
Dear Melissa, On July 6, 2015 you added a flower and inquiry regarding Fike on my ancestors memorial page. He has nothing to do with your ancestor. Can you please remove the flower. I tried to without success. Perhaps only the one adding the flower inquiry can remove it. His name is James McCullough, buried at Bayview/New York Bay Cemetery, Jersey City, NJ. Thank you. K. McCullough

Can you tell me how you are related to my great aunt Marian Potter who married a Fike? I noticed your maiden name is Fike.

Greetings from Northern Michigan,

Edmund is my 2nd cousin. I am tracing my Polish roots. His funeral was in Illinois so I wanted to be sure he is in the correct cemetery. It doesn't list where he is buried in his obit.

Thank you,
Jana

William Tayler in Candie Cemetery in Guernsey
You added flowers to his memorial as I was uploading his parents. I have pictures posted for his and their grave if you are interested in taking a look.

Thank You, Mellissa,
for your condolences. My husband was a US Army Veteran. He was interred in the Columbarium at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery, complete with a US flag presented to me, playing of TAPS and a 3 gun salute. We were married over 35 years. I was so fortunate to have Manuel in my life...

Take Care,

Mary

Michael Patrick O'Connor
M.P.O'Connor's mother was Mary Agnes Lake from Beaufort, SC, born June 21, 1805, d. Oct. 20, 1882.She is buried with her husband, Michael O'Connor under white marble obelisk in St.Peter's Historic Church on Carteret St., Beaufort, SC. Monument is believed to have been carved by famous Charleston, SC stonecutter, W.T. White Her father was John or William Lake. They were farmers. Wondering if the Lake Co. in Ill. might be related descendants?
