I have always been fascinated by cemeteries and I enjoy using this website as an excuse to indulge my interest, help people out, and learn about history. If you have any requests for Chicago area pictures please let me know and I will do what I can to fulfill them. Also, if you find any mistakes in the memorials I have posted please feel free to correct me. If you are a family member you are welcome to ownership of any memorial I have created.|

Thank you for the information RE John's final resting place - much appreciated. I've updated his memorial. Are you related? I'd be happy to transfer his care to you if you'd like.

Hi Don, sorry for the delay. No, I have no more information regarding Sherman Booth, just that he had donated his cemetery plot and moved to Chicago. If you can find him, great! I couldn't even tell you which cemetery he would be buried at. It's been a while since I had talked to anyone at the office regarding him. Regards, Nadeen

Don, take a look at the FAQ questions. I think one of them address that. I believe you can write firstname.lastname@example.org and in the email put the memorial Id (url) and then paste the bio. I believe that's how it works. I thought about doing a bio for him, but I just haven't had time. He's a relative so I should find the time, but bio's take some work. Good luck. I haven't had much luck lately getting memorials designated "famous".

We beat the odds...I love that.
I tried to find the Emma Nehls that you memorialized at Wunders, but no luck.
Thanks again for your great work!

Thanks so much for finding, getting plot location and the two photos of her headstone at Wunders Cemetery.
You were the first to find it! Two other people before you said they couldn't find the stone and one time the cemetery said she wasn't buried there.
I knew differently because of the book "A Transcription of Wunders Cemetery" by the Chicago Genealogy Society.
So thanks again for such a great job since I heard that the Lots aren't marked or poorly marked!

That would be great. I know just about where he is but have to search due to overgrowth and the stone being completely covered. And, since you are doing this anyway....maybe you could point out my grandmother, who is a bit behind my brother and a bit off to the right (near the fence.) Her name is
Thanks again. You are providing a great service.

Thank you so much for adding a photo of Steven Homrig's marker. He is my brother. I live in Maryland and get to Chicago about every 3 years. Every time I go to Wunder's cemetery, I have a very difficult time finding his marker due to over growth of grass or grass clippings covering everything.
