| Bio and Links | I am really enjoying doing my family history but have had trouble finding my fathers side (but did). I am researching the names of Crisp (Ok), Hood (MO), Lawson (MO), Stockton (MO, TN, KY), Williams (Ky. Tenn. Va. MO), Blandford and Schmidt. I enjoying taking pictures of stones ( especially the unusual ones) When I take the requested picture, I usually try to do a few around the same area as a just in case they are kin and have found several that were. If I have added any that you would like to add additional information to, just let me know and I would be more than happy to do so or will turn over ownership if it is your family. I really like to see them more personalized rather than just dates off of stones. Happy hunting.
NOTE: Please do not create duplicate memorials as this just makes a mess out of the cemeteries. First, ask the other submitter for the transfer, if it is family and they won't transfer, send a request to find a grave administators requesting the transfer. | |

 | Vertrees I can't make her name either. Looks like it ends with two Es, or an F and an E, or something similar.
Her parents are possibly John H. Vertrees and Cassandra McNatt Vertrees.
They had children around that time and it looks like the parents initials are J.H. and C.
Very interesting mystery.
Thanks Sharyl

 | Benjamin Franklin Ellis Hi Connie,
Thank you for adding the info I sent to his memorial. I am his 3rd cousin three times removed according to FTM. Thanks for all your work on Find A Grave.

 | Mae Belle "Jimmie" Matthew Jennings Connie: I have not found either the death certificate nor the 1940 census records for Mae. I did find some of the children still living in Oklahoma.
This family, like so many others, is proving to be difficult to trace. TwilaAdded by Twila on Feb 28, 2013 2:43 AM | | | Genealogy Lover
 | Collier All of the hours into days that I have spent either in Dover Cemetery or researching the people there, I had no clue, none whatsoever, that the Colliers are connected to me. Remember the Claytons buried in Smith Cemetery (related to me)? Elizabeth Clayton was John Collier's second wife. Small world.
Thanks for updating the memorial.
