RE: Giuliani
Thanks for the offer, but I'm not aware of any who are members of Findagrave.

After a few seconds, the obit should have displayed (after they give the opportunity to subscribe!)

At any rate, here it is. There a few factoids that didn't make their way into the paper you consulted, which you may choose in incorporate.

Credit should be given to the Altoona Mirror, Feb. 19, 2016.
------------------------------

Lino Giuliani, 90, Vero Beach, Fla., formerly of Grant, Fla., passed away peacefully at home Jan. 17, 2016, after a long and adventurous life.

He was born in Rome, Italy, son of Enrico and Agata Giuliani.

Surviving are many beloved friends and family around the country, including his dear cousin, Arturo Julian of Gallitzin.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Rosa in Italy.

In 1954, Lino immigrated to the United States to be with family and friends. He soon joined the U.S. Merchant Marines as a ship engineer, traveling the globe visiting other countries and exploring history. On Aug. 15, 1962, he received his Certificate of Naturalization and became a citizen of the United States, a pride that he felt never waned.

After retiring in 1990, he settled in Grant, Fla., and became a neighborhood friend known for pet-sitting and delivering Meals on Wheels to his friends. He always had a thirst for knowledge, a love of animals and a talent for cooking.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016, at St. Luke's Catholic Church, Barefoot Bay, Fla., followed by a reception in the parish hall. His ashes will be interred in Gallitzin at the family burial site at a later date. Arrangements are by Ammen Family Funeral Home, Melbourne, Fla.

Family in common
Hello,

I read your bio which you indicate you place roses for family members. I've come across your name in quite a few instances, Avery, Rhoades just to name two. It seems as though we are related somehow and I'm hoping you can solve the mystery. My email address is knabb5@comast.net. Thank you, MJ

William Cartwright
Mr. Johnson, you entered William Cartwright in "Find A Grave". On behalf of the Schreiber High School Performing Arts department, I'm trying to contact any friends and/or family members of Mr. Cartwright. He played the pipes in a 1971 production of "Brigadoon" at Schreiber High School. We've posted recordings of his playing and we thought his family and/or friends might like to hear them.

Martha Maroska
I requested a photo of the grave for Martha Maroska's husband. The request was kindly completed by Trackerjack. While there, he also photographed Mrs. Maroska's grave, and will happily add those photos to her memorial once he receives a formal request from you. If you would kindly post a request on his wall, he will be happy to upload the photographs to her memorial.

Susan Scott
Samuel Jordan Scott
Hi, my name is Susan Scott and am trying to find any information about Samuel Jordan Scott, born Sept 19, 1838 in Kentucky and died January 22, 1914 in Texas. He was married to Narcissa Elizabeth Cromartie who was born February 25, 1853 in North Carolina and died May 9, 1932 in Texas.

My husband is Samuel Jordan Scott's great grandson. We are trying to find ancestors and have not been successful yet in finding who Samuel Jordan Scott's parents are.

We would be grateful for any information that may help build our family tree.

Thank you,
Susan Scott
