I am currently going through Memorial Oaks in Houston Texas and photographing every grave stone. |
You are welcome to use the photo that I have uploaded in your family tree as long as you provide proper credit. Only thing I ask is that you do not upload it to other sites that collect grave marker photos.
Most memorials I have added I do not have any ties to, I just add ones that I have photographed and there was no memorial in the system. If you have a family relationship within the 4 generations that Findagrave has listed I will gladly transfer the memorial to you, please submit it via the "Suggest any other correction or addition" on the edit tab of the memorial.
Any information you have for a memorial please submit it via the edit tab on the memorial.

Thank you for your commitment of taking photos of and providing names and dates of loved one's who have passed, and the location of their grave site.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciates your efforts.

Thank you for photo of my cousin's marker. I am glad to have it on the memorial. Thanksgiving blessings to you and your family.
Thank you for providing the links to the children of Memorial Oaks. Although I cannot assure that I could include even just one of those memorials, I will be definitely reviewing all of them to check if they meet the criteria for inclusion. Thanks once again and regards.
|Lois McDonald||Thank you|
For your time and help to families like mine that are able to locate for sure where our relatives are

That would be very kind of you. He is my husband's uncle
I apologize for the error. Please tell me which person you are referring to and I can delete the page if it is under my management. It may belong to the person who uploaded the photo.
I have started helping transcribe photos in the last few days and see that it is very easy to duplicate a page if information is not exactly the same. The only way to bypass it is to check each name on a tombstone against the current pages for a cemetery before transcribing a photo. I have started doing that, but probably won't be transcribing much as it is very cumbersome and one of the kinks that FindAGrave will need to work out on this new feature. I have a hunch that there may be quite a few duplicates because of that.
Thanks for the heads up.

Aunt Parky's husband was John Albert McCoy, b: 23 May 1931, d: 8 Jan 2001. He may be buried at Memorial Oaks next to his wife. If so, could you also photograph his marker for me?
