I have been the family historian for my family since about 1992. I love the challenge of finding and adding missing ancestors to my family data file. Hardly a day goes by that I don't work on genealogy in some capacity. |
One of my biggest family mysteries is one of my Great Grandfathers, Francis Marion Robinson. He was born abt 1837 in Tennessee. He married Mary Jane Patton 09 Sep 1868 in Pope County, Arkansas. They had two daughters, Samantha A (Born abt 1868) and Mary Elizabeth (Born 07 Jan 1870). I have never been able to find the parents for Francis Marion. If anyone has any info on him please please pass it to me. I am also trying to find where Francis and his wife, Mary Jane are buried. I am hoping one day the info for Francis and Mary Jane will surface at FindaGrave.
In addition to my own family genealogy I am interested in adding memorials to FindaGrave.
I have photographed tombstones in Cemeteries in Marion County, and Linn County,Oregon.
I thought this would be a good way to "pass forward" all the wonderful help I have received from others while working on my own family research.
If you want me to make any changes on a memorial, please go to the memorial and click on the edit button,Please and Thanks you.

Hi Betty. Was doing some Clause research from White County and have sent you an edit for Tony (Gum Springs Cem, # 62354478. He apparently died at 33 yrs of age. Do you know any details? Looks to me like there are many Grahams still living in the Searcy area. email@example.com

Thank you, kindred soul, for your positive response. Reception to this information has been generally cool so you have made my day!
Thanks for adding the obit.

You are welcome, glad to help. There was already a photo posted on her memorial but I added it anyway since there was another request. I can remove it if needed.

You're welcome. The librarian at Stanly County Public Library might help - I've heard he's very nice. You'll see an email link to the history room at this site:
You did not have a question about Him. I just thought maybe you would like some additional information. Do not know if I could add any.

William (Bill) Timm was Married to Florence Leora Timm . They had 3 daughters. Phyliss, Virginia and Beverly.
They were my Grandparents. Beverly was my mom.
Her married name was Weathers. I am not a good family historian, my sister has been doing alot of this.
She is a contributor on here.
She is "Fantsy" on here.
She would have more answers or would know who to ask.
