Bio and Links
Bio Photo I got the genealogy bug when my great-aunt's grandson sent me a photo of my 2nd great-grandparents on their 50th wedding anniversary with the entire family. Only 4 people in the photo were identified. Since that time I have contacted relatives I did not know I had. I have also been able to identify everyone in the photo now. I have done research not only on my surname but grandparents, 2nd great-grandparents on both sides. I especially love doing research on my mother's parents because Parke County has a great website. I am at a stand-still on my own surname as I don't know exactly where in Prussia my 2nd great-grandfather was born. I always love to get in contact with new "cousins".

Jim, you mention in your bio above that Parke County has a great website. Could you please give me the link? I have many ancestors from Parke County that I am researching. Thanks! ~Sally

Thank you so much for trying to find his grave at the Rockville Cemetery in Parke County, Indiana. I suspect he is in an unmarked grave.

RE: Dr. Joel Lynch and wife Laura Ellen
Actually NO. He died and was buried there and according to what I have tracked down online, his wife lived there as a widow for some time and then apparently moved to this area with their child. They appear to be buried separately. The day I stopped at Dailey Cemetery I did not locate Laura's grave, but it was nearing sundown. I will return in the next couple weeks and look more thoroughly.

Thank you very much for looking of the stone. I was afraid it might no longer be there.

RE: Irene Lucille Shores
Ok, I processed those edits. In the first group of edits her parents had been listed as Knapp, but her maiden name (the one that I denied before) had been something other than Knapp and that's why I had questioned it.
