My husband (USAF retired) and I (US Army veteran) are now working our second careers...USPS for him and Retired for me. Some days are tougher for me because of my Multiple Sclerosis but my husband has been strong for me.|
Many thanks to those that have asked and allowed us to take pictures of their loved ones. If we are managing a memorial that you would like transferred to you ....just let us know! Memorials should be with loved ones whether they are related or not. All we ask, if transferred, is that you did not request the transfer just to trash the memorial. Now is not the time to vent an old enemy or maybe an ex.
Some photos are harder to read than others due to nature or decorations. We will not rearrange decorations if it is not a request for a headstone. If it is a request, we will try to get a clear shot and then replace the decorations where they were.
We will walk the cemeteries that others won't. Some memorials are hard to find but we will try AND hopefully succeed.
Our pictures are your pictures. Feel free to beg, borrow, steal with no intent to return. You are more than welcome to use the photos we take and we are honored. We take pictures of headstones out of kindness ... not for our ego or for the "numbers."
No one should EVER be forgotten. What goes around comes around.
Live, love, laugh. Tomorrow may not be there for you but today is!

I wanted to say thanks for the photos of William & Georgia's grave markers, also for the transfer of their memorials to me. I didn't have much on Georgia but since seeing her birth & death yrs. I was able to find more on her and will update her memorial page, also try and link her with her parents too. William is of my McBride family tree in Texas who were transplanted in the early 1800s from Tennessee. Btw, I also read your bio, love what your doing, the very best to both of you and thank you both so much for your military service, many thanks, Kay.
