Do you happen to have a photo of Charles? We've come across a photo of him with some of his siblings, but are not sure who is who? Thanks, Sharon Rogers

Thanks, Hope to hear from you soon. Karen

Could you please get a picture of Karen's grave? She was my grandmother, who I never knew. I was named after her. There's no way I'll ever get there, as I live in Alabama. Thanks, Karen

Would you consider transfering sponsorship of this memorial to me as Elmo was my uncle--my mother's brother. I would appreciate it. thank you.

|Toni F. Ogden||Esther Avrilla Alexander Mitchell|
Thanks for your submission to Find A Grave. How are you related to Esther Avrilla Alexander? I lived in Tabiona, Utah, and I knew some of your family names.
Do you have a record indicating Esther's birth date, 06 Oct 18"66", and birth place, "Saint George, Washington", Utah? The informant on her death record was Esther's fourth husband. Here is the cite:
"Utah Death Certificates, 1904-1956," index and images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/XZGV-BB4 : accessed 12 Oct 2013), Ester Avrilla Mitchell, 22 Sep 1922.
However, all of the submitters to the LDS Church Pedigree Resource Files list Esther's birth year as 18"62" and her birth place as Mountain Dell, Salt Lake, Utah. Here is the cite:
FamilySearch.org "Ancestral File", database, FamilySearch (http://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.2.1/MWQJ-VCQ : accessed 2013-08-30), entry for Esther Avrilla Alexander.
Just wondered if you have any other records you would be willing to share to add evidence of the correct date and place.
For your information, Esther (there is an "h" in her name) Avrilla [spelled many ways] Alexander's daughter, Esther Amelia Wilgus Gines is my great grandmother. I lived by her, and I was eleven years-old when she died. Esther Avrilla's mother is Esther Amelia Russell. There are three generations of Esthers. Esther Amelia Wilgus' nickname was "Tett", Esther Avrilla Alexander's nickname was "Essie". The censuses changed the spelling of the name Esther to Ester/Fester! Plus the Esther's ages on the censuses are not consistent.
As indicated at Find A Grave Memorial, she had other biological children. Do you have records that verify their factual information?
Again thank you for your contribution to Find A Grave.

Opals head stone lists mothers name as Ada but seems to be the same person as Annis.

Opal (Memorial # 76659608) is the daughter of Nephi and Ada Wahlstrom
|Eugene C. Rasband||Lucille C. Giles|
Lucille C. Giles is Mary Lucille Carlile. She is already in Find A Grave under the correct name. She was the daughter of John Williamson Carlile and Emma Giles. I should know, she was my mother's first cousin and I knew her very well. Please make this correction.

|Sharie Scott||RE: Dennis Clarence Scofield|
Here is what I have from my grandmother's sister's journal. She recorded it from Teresa Richardson Scofield, which was the wife of Dennis Clarence Scofield.
"After the birth of her daughter, Aunt Teresa was very ill. Her husband and mother persuaded her to go to Salt Lake and stay with her brother Ray and his wife in S alt Lake City so she could rest and regain her health. They said that they would take care of the little boy and girl if she could take her oldest son with her. (He was from a previous marriage). This she did. She loved her brother (Raymond LaRocco) and hiw wife very much.
Teresa stayed for a short time and began to get better, but missed her children so much she decided it was time to return home.
Upon arriving home, she found that her husband and his mother had given her children away. She pled with them and also with the authorities for the return of her children. Her mother-in-law and husband had lied to the authorities. They led them to believe that Aunt Teresa had deserted her children. She felt her life was ruined. She searched continually for years for her little girl and boy, but could not find them. After a few years, her son returned to Idaho and she met him again some years later, but she never found her little girl."
I don't know how you are related to Clarence, and I do not want to cause any hard feelings. I have just been devastated by this story. I know that the son was Keith Ernest Scofield and he was born 30 April 1925. The little girl was named Beth Scofield and was born May 7, 1926. I have a picture of Teresa Richardson Scofield with them before she left for Salt Lake.
I just want to find out what happened to them.
I found Keith listed on the 1930 census under his granfather's home with his father living there too. I have not been able to find anything else.
If you have any other information, I'd be forever grateful.
