I have been interested in family history for as long as I can remember. I have found so much family information through the contributions of the Find a Grave family. There have been Simpson's from my line in Texas since 1852. Family names are Simpson, Wilkerson, Blackshear, Johnson, Keller, Coffman, Cato, Lewis, McMennamy, Blair and Williams.|
If I have added a family member, please ask for a transfer. I would rather folks be with family.
Thanks everyone for all the information that you email to me. I post these corrections and additions. Please forgive me for not responding by email to each one of you. I get numerous post each day and I am unable to respond to everyone.

I was going thru an old suitcase I found in a house I bought. I found the wallet belonging to Alvin William Lagow. I would like to see it in the hands of family. Please email me if you can help me find the rightful person(s). The wallet is full of things.
My email is email@example.com.

I completed your photo requests for Don and Maude Yates. In the same lot is Ralph D. Yates, their son. There was no memorial for Ralph so I created one and transferred it to you.

Thank you for posting my dads picture of his headstone. When he passed away I was 18 months old and he had just turned 28 years old. I live in Illinois and can't get to Dallas to visit with him. This is the next best thing. His name was E Stanley Alley. Thank you so much. It brought tears to my eyes.

I look forward to chatting more with you. Abner Lewis, Sr. married Martha Ladd. I have not looked into this Ladd family because I've been so focused on my Lewis family. I have a feeling there is a connection. You may have opened a door for me, so to speak! If you would like to continue this conversation, my e-mail address is LittleMup@sbcglobal.net Can't wait to see where this Lewis/Ladd family leads me.

I am searching for the location of the above named cemetery. I have used the GPS coordinates found on the internet and found it to be private property. There was a phone number posted on the fence of the property, and after calling it, a gentleman who was supposedly the owner told me he knew of no cemetery on his property. He also said he had owned the property since 2008. Are you familiar with this cemetery and who might have photgraphed it and when? Maybe the coordinates were wrong. I've been told this is a "lost" cemetery, but someone obviously found it at some point. My husband is the great great grandson of Abner Lewis, Sr. and Martha Ladd. We would love to have a look, in person, at this cemetery. Any help is appreciated. By the way, I see where one of the surnames you are researching is Lewis. May I ask which Lewis family you're researching?

I am interested in locating descendants of George Lee. He is my Great Uncle. His older sister was my Grandmother.
