Hello all!
I have a love of genealogy and never miss a chance to stop at a random cemetery and take photos.
There are many here (most of them..) that I am no relation to but I post the photos in hopes that I may help someone along the way.
If I have posted the memorial, I have the photo as well. I am currently transcribing many...many...cemeteries at one time (over 200). Most of them have been done in their entirety. I transcribe them first to get the information out and available, the photos come in time. I check daily for photo requests from all of the cemeteries I am working on, please request all and any photos you need and I will add them. I would add many more if I could, I have a 5g wi-fi limit per month and cannot upload the thousands of photos I would love to upload.

TRANSFERS: With any Find A Grave memorial that I maintain, if you are a relative and I am not related please request a transfer, I am more than happy to connect you to your families! The easiest and fastest way to request the transfer is to use the 'edit' tab at the top of the page, then request the transfer.
CORRECTIONS: I welcome any and all corrections to dates, family links, duplicates, and typos. We all have the ability to make errors and Lord knows, lol, I am no exception :) | |

 | Culbert Family Headstone Photos Dear Diona, A heartfelt Thanks to you for providing me with photos of my relatives markers. I didn't expect I would receive them this fast! The Culberts you photographed are my relatives on my mother's side of the family. Matthew & Ellen Culbert were my Great Grandparents.
I am developing our family history through Ancestry.com as well as other sites and it is fascinating to come across so much information.
Thank you again so much!
All the best to you,

 | Oak Hill Cemetery Diona, thank you for the great pictures that you took and posted on the memorial for Dr. R. P. Griffin, the husband of my 2nd great grand aunt. I appreciate your help and your dedication to those who have gone before us. Memorials are so much nicer with photos. Pat | | | David Olsen
 | Marshall Thomas Thank you so much for the photo for Marshall. We both served in the same unit in Vietnam but in different troops. He was one of 75 men from B Troop 3rd Squadron 4th US Cavalry that was killed in Vietnam. Soon I will have them all back together again where they belong and then my work will be done. | | | Kevin

 | Jack Latham, Sr. The notation from the creator of Jack Latham, Sr.'s memorial (number 64278442) mentions uncertainty as to Jack's grave location in Oakland Cemetery because his headstone was just lying on the ground. This is shown in your gravesite photo as well as in the photo taken by the memorial's creator. So I wanted to let you know that I just posted a photo on the memorial that shows the heastone is now in place and standing upright.
This means the memorial now has three photos of the same headstone, but the other two photos show it lying flat on the ground. In case you would like to omit yours, I just wanted you to know that there's now a photo showing the headstone upright. Totally up to you, of course.Added by Essex on May 20, 2013 9:42 AM | | | | [View all messages...] |
