RE: James Hubbartt
HI Bill,

So sorry for the delay but it has been busy here but after serious thought and I spoke with my wife we think the Right Thing to do is give you this family bible.
Even though it come from my gg grandpa it belongs with you the family of James and not a stranger.
Now the bible is in rough shape " on the Cover " it has been recovered with a cloth but all the valuable data is all fine and all legible.

Let me know how to want to handle this, we do have family in Indy and some down the road from where the Hubbart's is buried is Lincoln Mem Gardens where our parents and son is buried.

Have a great day Bill,

RE: James Hubbartt
HI Bill,

Well this all is coming together then, Daniel was in Indy in 1850 and was married in Clinton co Indiana. My Burns family lived Boone county and some in Marion County to, I remember talking with a Robert burns some years back but do not know if this is the same Robert of course.
I uses to deliver office furniture to USAF back in the 1980s up on the North side of Indy. We have moved from the war zone since then up in a small country town.

I will work on this today and see what I can do on the Bible

Have a Great Day

RE: James Hubbartt

I will see if I can scan the pages for you if you like, This is a very old bible and real thick.
That way you can see the record as it was recorded and written by the hands of your family.

So odd this Daniel Burns was living with them in 1850 census, I have not found any relation either between the families. The bible was in Lebanon, Boone co. Indiana when my aunt rescued the Bible in 1953 when my gr grandpa died Ev E. Burns. My other uncle was cleaning out my gr grandpas house and burning almost everything but my aunt grabbed up this bible, and because it had a Burns in it and it belonged to her grandpa Burns she thought it was a family Bible, My years of research showed differently.

I will see if I can scan for you.

Have a Great Day

James Hubbartt

I have been researching James born 1785 and his family as I have a old family Bible with the original records dating back to James birth and the marriage to Nancy March 28,1809, most all of the births and deaths of this family is listed.
This old Bible was given to my by my aunt 25 years ago because it has Daniel F. Burns born 1840, I found Daniel living with James and Nancy Hubbartt in Marion county in 1850. We are related to the Burns family but not this Daniel.

Hope to hear back

King Family
I see from Find A Grave you are a descendent of Mary Evans King. Do you have any of the King family history? I would be very interested in learning more about the King family. I am a descendent of a Nathan Cox & his wife Dorcas King Cox. I'm attempting to learn more abt the family that Dorcas came from. Thank you for your time!!
