Walkers there is a new site on FaceBook... American Indian History-Wyandotte County, Kansas.
|Grayson ||Samuel Wright MOH|
Found the notes on Samuel Wright's MOH citation fascinating. I know that Nolensville, TN is very near Nashville. During the Civil War I wasn't aware of Indians in bands operating there. I could see him doing that in MN or KS possibly at that time but it seems odd for Middle Tennessee at the time. Do have any further info on the incident? I'd love to know.

T.J. Stiles, author of Jesse James, Last Rebel of the Civil War, writes about Daniel Askew/death. Interesting story.

Do you still have the capability to edit on John Milburn Davis' memorial you created (#7320426) since it is now managed by Findagrave? I would like to see him linked to his wife, but there is no way to submit it using the 'edit' button. Sarah Elizabeth is #7320431 if you can. Thanks!

|Robert C. Peurifoy||Nathan Scarritt|
Was looking over some personal information and wanted to see if Nathan Scarritt was listed. He would be a big help if the fact that Scarritt College in Nashville, Tennessee is named in his honor. It is now called the Scarritt-Bennett Center.

I am sorry to send this here instead of through the edit tab.
I wanted to let you know that Jack was the son of William Ora Williams, Find A Grave # 54666607, and Daughty Edith Gooch Williams, Find A Grave # 54666582. He also had one sister, Fern Williams Carr.
What a beautiful memorial for Jack.
|Catherine Cramer||Louis Curtiss|
Hi and thanks for having him listed! I was curious about the birth date note. I see that the death certificate has 1866. Was it found to be incorrect, as I've seen the 1865 that you wrote on every other site about him? My grandmother's certificate had the wrong birth date because I think my grandfather was very despondent at the time he was giving the information, and my great grandmothers was incorrect as well. Just curious! Thanks again! He did some great architecture!
|Barbara Samans||John Newman Edwards|
Hi I saw your bio for him on a find a grave site for him. I was wondering if you knew the names of his wife and of his parents? I am a relative of the Edwards but not sure if or how John Newman fits in if indeed he does. I would need more parental info if you have or know of it.
Thanks for your help
|GraveBard||Daniel Quisenberry grave|
HI, Could you tell me the location of the Daniel Quisenberry grave? I would like to visit there and take a picture this Saturday, and it looks like I could spend the whole day looking unless I know where it is.
