|Richard Dodge||John Dunlavy's wife|
My research has resulted in conflicting information for John Dunlavy's wife. I agree that John & Richard McNemar were brtohers-in-law. My research indicates that they married daughters of John Luckey. Richard married Jane (Jennie) Luckey and John married Keziah Luckey - I know Richard was married in Cane Ridge, KY c1793.
I speculate that Cassie could be nickname for Keziah. My question is, do you know for sure that Cassie was Richard McNemar's sister?
Thank you for your post.

Bro. Childers, feel free to rotate the photo of Bro. Tynes' footstone. Thanks for setting up and managing the memorial for my Uncle Harold Sain. Thanks for all you do for the Findagrave community.
|Janice Duncan||Elizabeth Jane Vick|
Thank you so much for the additional information you provided. Now she is linked to her parents, along with some of her siblings, and to her husband.
|Samuel Baker||RE: Maurice Cannon O'Neal Photo|
Thank you for calling my attention to this error. Both photos have been removed. Sorry for the error.
|R. L. Vaughn||Rufus Columbus Burleson|
I noticed that the Rufus C. Burleson bio on his memorial is somewhat inexact and confusing. Here is what is there now:
"Helped in the growth of Baylor University in Waco, Tx. Served as its 2nd president from 1851-1861. He resigned as a result of disagreement between the trustees. During his tenure he started the first program which would lead to a degree. The first degree was granted in 1854."
Burleson did become the 2nd president of Baylor in 1851, but while it was in Independence, Texas. He left there in 1861 to become the president of Waco University in Waco, Texas. The two schools merged as Baylor University in Waco in 1886, and Burleson then served as president of the unified Baylor University from 1886-1897.
Some of this information can be found on the Baylor web site and elswhere.
Hope this helps. Thanks. Have a nice day.

You might like to add the burial cemetery to the findagrave of minister Winston Tynes.
He is buried in the Bethany church of Christ cemetery in Warren County, Tennessee.
|Jodie Williams||Acey James Colston|
I just added Acey James Colston's burial information, so now you know where he is buried.
|Jim Pinkston||Memorial #15791769|
I notice that you posted the photo of Miles Bennett on his memorial. Do you have this photo or can you tell me how you know that it is of Miles Bennett. The reason that I ask is that the same photo appears on the memorial for Lawrence Scott # 54126300. I have contacted the person who posted it, and he said that he got the photo from a book on the history of Marshall County, Al. I would like to clear up this confusion. If you can help me, I would appreciate it.

I believe your memorial for W. W. Arnett #113498877, (burial unknown) corresponds with that of #31346043.
|Cindy Chapman||James Fishback's grave and 16 others|
We tried to visit James Fishback's grave Saturday April 8th. The gate was chained with a pad lock. No trespassing sign on gate. We were told property owned by absentee owner, 7130 Colby Rd, Winchester, KY. Is there a contact to see grave site?
