I am documenting the small family cemeteries in the York County, Pa. area as I research my wife's family geneology. |
I will complete photo requests during my research, and when I travel to the central North Carolina coast.
Please feel free to use any of my photos for geneology purposes. I will gladly transfer memorials if they are in your direct family line.

Bob, Starview Cemetery, I attended a cousins funeral there in 2010 and would like to add his name to the cemetery, but need to be sure this is the right one. It was behind the Starview mobile home park and to get to it we had to drive in between two houses on Codorus Furnace Rd and there was a sign for a pick your own berry patch, please put money in the box on a post and basically drove in a field then to get to the cemetery . Is this the right cemetery ?. Carrie C.

Thanks so much Bob! I (and many other Gartner / Gardner descendants) appreciate all the info you include in the memorials. I look forward to getting back to York County.

Hello - my husband is a direct descendent of Henry and Solomon Crist. I was curious who named this cemetery - when and how? Why do we think the three large stones are burials? All burials for the Crists are accounted for in Paradise Holtzschwamm Cemetery. Love all the work you are doing!! Thanks Jackie Crist

Hello Bob, I see you've really covered these cemeteries and have Thomas and Elizabeth Arbuckle at Old Airville/Shenks Cem. Their daughter Jemima Arbuckle Walker died in 1882 and is possibly buried there with them. Might you know of any burial lists that could verify that? thanks for any guidance.

Thanks for the pictures of Eliza Herrman. Can you tell who she is buried with? Thanks.
