My name is Beverly and I became interested in 'Find A Grave' while doing some genealogy research. I began keeping records and taking photos of my ancestors' grave sites when I realized how many more people may be looking for their relatives. So, I take pictures wherever I can and hope they are of some help to others.
Please let me know if you find any errors...
I will be glad to correct any mistakes.

Florentine Napoleon Stout is my Great Great Grandfather (mother's side). I began researching him back in the mid 1970's. I have visited the cornfield at Antietam where he fought with the 6th Louisiana and the site where he lost a leg at Winchester VA. Still trying to get to Fredericksburg VA. where he was also wounded. I went to the Magnolia Cemetery in Lake Charles many years ago and found the broken pieces of his original, vandalized tombstone. Glad to see he has a new one. Thank you for the picture of it. Do you know if there are any existing photos of him?

Thanks so Much, Dianne

Beverly, After many years of searching, think I have found my husband's biological father. There is a photo taken of him in his early Army years on the tombstone. Would it be possible to get this photo of him enlarged? Thank you... Beverly

Thank you so much for the photo
Thank you so much for all your help. I live in Texas and am in your debt. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.

I really appreciate you taking the photo of the
headstone in Magnoila cemetery, I didn't know he was in the Confederate States Army.
I thank you for your effort, don't put much into it, Graves at Ritchie are quite often without Markers. I have a Great Aunt there without one, I just recently located it and hope to soon put a marker.
Thanks for the effort.
