|I reside in Central California. I have been researching family history for many years off and on. My dad's primary lines are Poulin and Laflamme and my mom's primary lines are Wright and Meler. When I retire, in the next two or three years, I plan to take my research "on the road". I can't wait to do some traveling and visiting places of family research interest: Ireland, France, Maryland, Quebec. Thanks to all of you who post on this site. Such a gift.|

The links are right there on Find A Grave. Click on either of Isaac's parents, then on their second child, John Edward, then Joseph Warner was John and Nancy's next-to-youngest child, and he and Anna's only child was my grandmother...

My grandmother was Ethel (Wright) Minteer--her grandfather was John Edward Wright, older brother of Isaac. If you are part of Isaac's line, I'd sure like to fill in that part of the family tree a bit more. So far I have only a little bit of info for my father's generation, and none for mine.

Hi, I noticed that you put Uncle by picture on his memorial page. I am wondering if you know if he did married to Juniata Whittington and they had son Allie Hampton Montgomery. I am trying to solve the mystery. Juniata is distant relative of mine. Thanks, Brenda

You mentioned on your virtual flowers on his Find A Grave page that he was your uncle. I know him from census data as John S. Timmons. Do you know if his middle name was Solomon?
|Sherri McClure-Harris||RE: R.C. McClure|
My grandfather was the youngest of Samuel and Margaret McClure's children, Wade Franklin. They all seemed to migrate together to some extent after the death of Samuel in 1868. All being in Brown Co., Texas and then in Wood, Oklahoma. Selling land back and forth. My father's oldest brother, Wallace, is buried in the same cemetery in Port with your grandfather. He was thrown from a horse as a young boy and killed. After that the W.F. McClure family I'm told sold the farm and bought a wagon to go back to Texas. Frank died in 1918. Would love to hear more about Frank's brother, R.C.! :)

I noticed you had left a flower on R.C. McClure's memorial and said he is your grandfather. He was my grandfather's brother. Wondering if you have any family stories about them or their parents? :)
|Samuel Paul De Luca||RE: Harold Edgar Finch|
Hello Teresa, Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I had to dig out Aunt Margaret Finch's family tree and look up the information that asked for. Harold E. Finch Jr. was married to a Marjorie Baumer. Aunt Margaret spelled Marjorie's last name BALMER but she mis-spelled many of the names. He also married Shirley Happ. I hope this help's you. If you have any more questions please ask. Sam
