|Nathan Haines||Zion Cemetery|
Nice job on the edits for people in Zion. Looks like you are doing some work on that cemetery too.
I was born and grew up in Canby and have a bazillion relatives buried in that cemetery hence the interest in it.
My mother was one of 13 children. All twelve of her siblings married giving me 24 aunts and uncles on my mother's side alone! I ran out of fingers and toes just counting them. Tons of first cousins. A whole lot of them are buried in Zion.
It really helps to have pics of the gravestones. They help solve mysteries and really are a big help in narrowing down a search, especially when you are looking for a person with a real common name, like when there are 23 of them in the OR death index!
That was very nice of you to send the edits.

Could you please tell me where that sign is located at the Pine Grove Cemetery in the Hood River Valley.

Thank you so much for the great photo of Maggie's stone.
|DJM||Baby Girl Marchant 1962|
In case anyone is ever looking for the burial place of a 'Baby Girl Marchant', born 1962, perhaps this will be helpful: The marker is very simple, but I believe the unnamed parents may be Lena and Willard Marchant, formerly of Toledo, Oregon, who had a baby that passed away. That is all I know.

Dear Patrica...again, thank you for adding the picture of my Dad's marker. I was only surprised as I am the only family member who ever posts on the Find a Grave site. I just was wondering who had requested etc. it was very kind of you and I did not want to offend you at all . I am not terribly skilled at adding pictures and only wondered if it would interfere with the one I wanted to add of both my parents markers side by side. Thank you also for the comment about my Mom. Yes, she was so beautiful, but more important was her inner beauty and pure spirit. She was the most incredible individual I have even known and I was so blessed to be her daughter .
Again, many thanks for your efforts, DKB

Dear Patricia, I just now went to my father's site ( Glen Klein )which I manage and found you had added a photo of his marker. I am unaware who requested this
But I appreciate your adding the photo. Any information you could provide as to who requested the photo to be posted would be appreciated. I have a picture of both my parents adjoining markers with a Christmas wreath that I intended to add. I am not sure how this will interfere with your photo. Again, thank you for your kindness. DKB, daughter of Glen Klein
