Thank you for the extensive explanations of the burial record deficiencies, 19th century burials (the Chinese cemetery is graveled, not blacktopped), and your family history. The edits I received were to locations: your information duplicated mine. Nothing about death dates

Happy Holidays Martin!

I have made the changes. Would you like me to transfer them to your care? Just let me know.

Mary Adeline Moore

Thanks for your input about my great-great-grandmother, Mary Adeline Moore.

When I began this research, I had no idea that Moore was such a common name!

Multiplying the confusion, this woman's maiden name was Moor, without the "e."

Isaac Moore was Mary's second husband, and not actually an ancestor of mine. I am descended from her first husband, William Wallace Wier.

I am interested in Isaac's story, however, and I will look closely at the Moores that you describe, to see if there's a connection.

I appreciate you taking the time to share your information.

Hi Martin, I deleted a headstone photo so you could add another photo. No relation myself to this clan, but if you have more info to add - just let me know and I'll add it! :)

RE: Alice Elizabeth Patterson
Martin, Hope you have an enjoyable Thanksgiving too. I did add Alice's obituary...thank you so much for sending. She was my step-grandmother. My older sister and I spend many a weekend with her and our grandpa Patterson in the 50s. We had great times with them. Are you related to Alice? I tried to contact her granddaughter, Dee Dee, about a year ago, but was told by her ex-husband that she was in a care facility. Linda
