Hello,
The image above is of my grandfather and his brother. The photo was possibly taken at the 1915 Lincoln Exposition in Chicago. Grandpa (on the right) stands on a prosthetic left leg and is missing his right arm. He lost these limbs as a result of an encounter with a high power line while working as a roofer in Chicago. He was hurled through the air and noted in the newspapers as being a "human torch"and "a ball of blue flame." Somehow he was able to recover and father five more children. Remarkably, two uncles, my father, and two aunts had been conceived after the accident. If not for his will to survive I would not be here today.

As an addendum, family history may be the one thing that you take with you, if you don't make an effort to pass it on.
