Enjoy spending time walking through the older cemeteries, and reading the stones. Have enjoyed being able to submit stone requests, and adding my own family to the site.|
Some of the memorials I have created are for my family. Some are for people I have found while taking photos at cemeteries. If these families belong to you, please let me know and I will transfer them to you, or correct information on them if you do not wish to manage them. The information was obtained by searching the Missouri Death Certificates and Ancestry for information.

Anything you have on Kriegers at the Novelty Cemetery, they're probably related to me. Would appreciate your letting me know what you find. Thanks again.
|Rhonda Hansch||Abbey Krieger Novelty Cemetery|
Hello, you submitted the photo for Abbey Krieger Memorial #55062256 who is buried at the Novelty Cemetery in Knox County, Missouri. Did you by any chance photograph or check around the other sides of the base of the spire to see if there were other names included? The burial location of her husband John Christopher Krieger has not been located and thought it might be a possibility. Thanks!
|Debbie Kline||RE: Henry Thomas Edwards|
Now this is intriguing. Melissa Edwards died a year or less after giving birth to a daughter, Bertie, who died at 1 month old (1880). A year later (1882), Henry married my great, great grandmother, Laura Parrish. Their son, my great-grandfather is named Bert Edwards. I can find my Henry in the 1870 census but not the 1880 census, although I can find his parents and his younger siblings still living in the Knox County area.
I had never heard of Henry being married previously, but I think it is within the realm of possibilities. I wish my grandma was still alive. She probably would have known. I have some older cousins that still live in the area that I can ask. There is a new Historical Society Museum in Edina, and they have a facebook group. One of the administrators is related to me via Laura Parrish Edwards, Henry's wife.
Can you tell me anything else about Melissa? Did she have other children? It would be disappointing if Henry had other children and didn't acknowledge them. There were other Edwards' in the area, so it may be something else. It's a small area, and a lot of people still live there, so I imagine we will be able to sort this out.

Hi, In doing some research in my distance family tree I found that this person in my tree and this memorial are a match except that the maiden name is Haney and not Jones. Could you tell me where Gladys parents name came from so I can keep my records as accurate as possible. Thanks so much. Kim

|Jonathan Laing||Mary wife of James M Matteson|
I saw that you took a picture of her stone in Maplewood Cemetery. I was wondering if there was any other information on the rest of the stone. Her husband and/or kids. If you have this handy, could you add the names and pictures.
|Robin Farley Dixson||Annie Taylor - Bloomington|
You have added a picture of George M Taylor's headstone on her page can you please remove it. I already put a picture on George's when I added him. Thank you
Thank you so much for the burial location! I had searched records trying to find it.
|Heather Cottrell||John and Luzerna Floyd|
Thanks very much for these photos. I appreciate it very much.

The photo you added with Pearl V. Pinson (wife of Francis) on the marker to a Pearl Pinson memorial doesn't match. Look at the dates on the marker and on the memorial. Pearl Lawrence Pinson is a younger male.
