Unfortunately it only list him as "J.B." as does the hospital's register. I'm adding the DC to the memorial.

I have information on the Holtclaw family. There are so many different message boards that I don't leave meassages because I can not remember my login information. Eliza J. (Holtzclaw) Slaton is buried in an unmarked grave at Mars Hill, Forsyth County, Georgia at Crossroad Baptist Church aka Cross Roads Baptist Church in an unmarked grave in the same lot as her parents John H Holtzclaw and Elizabeth (Whitmire) Holtzclaw, both their graves being marked. To get to the Cemetery take Exit 12b off 400 and take McFarland Parkway; then about 1 1/2 miles take a right on Union Hill Rd and go abt 1 1/2 miles; then left onto Shiloh Rd for about 1 3/4 miles; then right onto GA 9 and go for a few feet and the church and cemetery is on the right a few feet away. Most of the rest of the family that stayed in Forsyth County are buried at Coal Mountain Cemetery. James Fred and Bessie Annie (Mills) Slaton
are buried there as well. I am related 6 ways to Sunday to this family as my ancestor Elijah Alexander Holtzlaw married his niece Polly Ann Holtzclaw, his brother Martin F. Holtzclaw's oldest daughter. Of course Eliza J. Holtzclaw is the daughter of Martin F. Holtzclaw son of Stephen Holtzclaw who died in 1841 near Greenville, SC. The only close relative I have is my sister who lives off Exit 13 just a few miles north of Cross Roads cemetery. There is even a road there named Holtzclaw Road so many Holtzclaws lived near Coal Mountain. I believe J B Slaton is Jackson B Slaton but they called him "Jack" Slaton for short. A lot of his Slaton family lived in Fayette County, Georgia.

I don't have any other records other then a death certificate and the burial log. You can contact the hospital about patient records.

This is a copy of a SAC I sent you in April; you haven't gotten back to me, and haven't made any changes in the memorial.
From all that I can tell, there is no "Ruth Slaton" buried at Gainesville Mill Cemetery. Without even an estimate of her DOB or DOD, I'm unable to help you figure out where she might be buried.
Unless you can document reasons for believing that Ruth Slaton IS buried here, please take the memorial out of the cemetery. IF she fits the criteria for listing as a "Burial Unknown" you can change her memorial to that category. If, however, you just know that she must have been buried somewhere, then you really should delete the memorial.
Sorry, and thanks for your cooperation,
Thanks so much for the photo of Isaac Webb's head stone.

Brad my husband and I were out at Gainesville Mill yesterday and rewalked every marker. There is none for Ruth Slaton. Either she did not have one or it is too worm to be able to read. Records were not kept for this cemetery. The only ones available are from my photographs of the markers. We have cleaned the markers and can clearly tell she is not on one. The Director of Gainesville Mill and Alta Vista even went out with me one day and we could not find one for her. I wish there were one.
