If a memorial is a duplicate, please check the dates of both memorials & notify the CREATOR of the newer one. If one's gotta go, it should be the newer one. Info can always be added to the original. Deleting memorials means notes and flowers people left go away too. Sorry if I'm snappish but it gets frustrating. Just check first.

To request a memorial transfer or edit, please go to the MEMORIAL PAGE and use the EDIT LINK. If sending obit text, please include the source. Thanks!

Tip: Before creating ANY new memorial, PLEASE search the site first. If one already exists for that person, request a transfer. PLEASE don't create a new one. Duplicate memorials leads to confusion for other researchers and a big mess when it comes to linking family members.

I am happy to transfer memorials to families to update and maintain. Find A Grave has helped me in my family history and I'm glad to share info that helps others.

If I have uploaded a photo you wish to use, please feel free to right-click on the picture and save it to use as you wish in your genealogy work.

My interests include: nature, photography, knitting & crochet, and munzee-ing. I pay the bills as a software engineer.

I call the Midwest home. I traipse all over it.

I believe everyone who's walked the earth deserves to be remembered. Each life impacts another in great and seemingly small ways. For this reason, I create memorials for family and strangers alike. I hope the memorials I add provide people with information they need on their ancestors as well as serve as a place of remembrance.
