Hello, thank you for posting a picture of Charles' headstone in the military cemetery. I am looking for his wife, Elizabeth Leeta (Kephart) Hamp who passed on 8/10/1965. I do not know where she is buried and possibly from Charles' obit it will give some information. I don't suppose you could find his obit and any information on "Leeta" as she went by. She is a great aunt of mine. Thank you.

HI! I USUALLY 'WORK' VISTA MEMORIAL GARDENS NEAR WHERE I LIVE. LATELY, I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING REQUESTS FROM OUTSIDE MY AREA, SEEMS I AM THE ONLY F.A.G. VOLUNTEER AROUND! MY CAR IS GETTING FIXED, AS SOON AS I CAN I WILL FULFILL THIS REQUEST FOR YOU-I DID PART OF MY THESIS AT THE MIAMI CEMETERY (IT IS ABOUT 25 MILES FROM ME). THERE IS NO OFFICE PERSONNEL, OR ANYONE ON THE PREMISES THAT GIVES INFORMATION AS TO THE LOCATION OF THE DEAR DEPARTED, ONE HAS TO WALK UP AND DOWN THE ENTIRE GARDEN. 'BAD' PART OF TOWN, TOO. BUT THAT IS WHERE THE BURDINES, THE FLAGLERS AND THE BRICKELLS ARE, UNFORTUNATELY, THEIR ONCE BEAUTIFUL MAUSOLEUMS VANDALIZED...

Just read that no grave photos are to be posted for the stone for Doris Lessig that used to be posted? Is there a reason? I remember seeing one for her with her birth date and the death date to be added. Could see still be with us? Thanks

Went to South Schraalenburg Church Cemetery and found the gravestone. The stone was leaning forward and beginning to fade and corrode as many of it's type are in the Cemetery. This was the best photo I could get. Sorry if it is not clear enough. See the inscription of the writing under the photo.
