If you have a problem with any of my memorials please contact me. I invite you to place a flower and a few kind words. You are welcomed to use any photographs of the headstones I have personally place on the memorials. Why, in the world, would I go to the trouble to do this if it is not to be shared?|
PLEASE DO NOT ADD FULL OBITUARIES TO VIRTUAL FLOWERS! PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ADDING PHOTOGRAPHS FROM FUNERAL HOMES!
I edit obituaries for privacy and report any full obituaries added to my memorials through the virtual flowers.

Oh, and thanks for the obit! I had never seen that. My aunt was visiting her mother when she died. Notice in the obit a Mrs. R.N. Stoddard... Iīm in her tummy and soon to be born in Oklahoma (of all places !)
Thanks, again... Amy

Thanks for the transfer, Nala ! I hadnīt even thought of that ! I must be getting old !
Thanks, Nala, for taking a picture of my maternal grandmotherīs headstone. I never knew her, as she died a month before I was born.
Also, thank you for letting people use your pictures and making that clear on your "bio". If only everyone was like that !
Regards, Amy in Denmark

Hello, You said you would be willing to photo a tombstone for Wlliam Charles Meintzer if I could get one from the VA. Well Mr Murphy did send me an E-Mail saying the Magnolia Cemetery Got the tombstone but I don't know if they put it up yet. I so appreciate you saying you would get the photo on Find-A-Grave. Thank You so Much. When I know it is up for sure I will leave another message. Thank You Bonnie Mintzer Dampman Bdampman@aol.com

I've located the will of Charles Humphry which is referenced in the newspaper notice you've found & attached to his wife Martha's memorial.
Please add the following to either the photo caption on the newspaper notice or the bio on Martha's memorial in order that interested descendants can easily find Charles' will in the Family Search databases:
New York, Probate Records, 1629-1971, New York > Wills 1874-1876 vol 226-227 Images 191 - 193 / 595
Unfortunately this document doesn't tell us Charles' specific DOD nor where he's buried but it does let us know that he was living in Montmorenci, SC at the time of his decease.

Re: Disposition of Charles Humphry Estate, Albany Evening Journal (Albany, NY)
Great find! At least now we know where & when Martha's 1st husband Charles died & can start searching in the NY Probate databases for his will.
