Bio and Links
Bio Photo First, I would like to point out that the photos on the memorial pages are thumbnails and will open larger if clicked on; and they will usually open larger twice more if you click twice more.
If you want to use any of my photos for your family tree, you have my permission.
I am shy about going to cemeteries through private property and I avoid really large cemeteries in hot weather.
Otherwise, I am happy to help.
If you want me to delete one of my photos so that you may add a better photo - no problem.
My husband and I don't have a relative, living or dead, south of Little Rock, Arkansas. My Deep South memorials are not my people.
My list of PET PEEVES:
1) Moldy old silk flowers.
2) People who don't say thank you.
3) Fire ants and wasp.
4) Too much herbicide around tombstones.

RE: Herbert Hopkins
The NMI stands for No Middle Initial. You might want to put the NMI in ( ) or just leave it off altogther. I just thought it might help way down the ancestry line if somebody was trying to find his middle name.

He has a son, Herbert NMI Hopkins, Jr.

Thanks for your edit.

You put out a photo request for this memorial. If you could call the cemetery office and get the exact location of this grave, I can get a photo for you. The place is huge and they do not give out info to non-relatives. (They could likely send you a list of who is in the burial plot as well).

RE: Garden of the Pines
Thank you again. I made a snip save and will send on to my cousin in Dallas. And I will be waiting to see if you catch my aunt and uncle Ben and Edna Barrere!
