I have been trying to find info about his parents, I have information that is unconfirmed on them, like marriage date, and his father's death date. I know Emma's parents. You sent me a death record showing a death for her in 1937. That is apparently the wrong death certificate. Please see her tombstone photo at http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=pv&GRid=71952945&PIpi=45227867 , which shows her exact date of death as April 18, 1910. You can enlarge the photo to see it better. She should be in the pre-1916 Illinois Death Index, but I don't see it there either. And it's because http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/departments/archives/databases/deathlst.html shows that the pre-1916 death index is incomplete, with no listings at all for Champaign County.Added by Hallie on May 16, 2013 1:57 PM | | | donna smallwood
