Thank you so much for the addition and correction to my Aunt Oma's page. It was just by a slip of the finger that I had the wrong county of her death and although I knew who her parents were I had not found the link to them. I live on the same street she did and pass her house daily. Still miss her.

Hi David, thanks for your note. I just added the Annie's obit to her memorial. While looking for hers I also found an obit for her son Eugene, which I put on his memorial. The source citations are in the photo comments. Thanks for your offer of the marriage license and d.c. but I already have those materials. Best wishes, Sara

Hi, Thanks for sending me the correction linking Annie to her husband, John Ewing. It prompted me to find an obit for her which had her death date, so I will submit that as a correction to the manager of her memorial.
John Ewing, husband of Annie, is part of my family. His mother, Sallie (Totten) Ewing, wife of Joseph Lemon Ewing, is my great-grandaunt. Do we have a connection?

Thank you so much for the photo! I grew up my entire life hearing about how she saved her sister, my grandmother, from a house fire in the 1930's. When I put in the request for the photo a while back I wanted to be able to show this to grandma because she always wanted to see where Alice Mae was. Sadly grandma passed away this year in March. This photo means the world to me. Thank you again!!
