Hello,
I am an avid genealogist. I have done a lot research and know how helpful cemetery information can be. If anyone would like a photo of a gravesite in south-eastern ND or nearby in MN. Please let me know. I will happily go locate gravesites in my area. Since joining this site I have found that I really enjoy spending time in cemeteries and learning about the people there. I was born in 1973 in Fargo, ND. Have lived here most of my life. I love the Renaissance Era and attend festivals every year.
If I am related to a person I will list what my relationship is in a flower posting. If anyone would like a memorial transfered to them please send me a message thru suggestions. I will happily transfer memorials to any family member. In your message to me just tell me what your relationship is to the person you are requesting the transfer for. I feel that any family member who is actively doing genealogy research has a better chance of being able to update a memorial than myself. I do a lot of genealogy research, nearly daily. But as with most researchers I focus on my family connections.
Any photo I post may be used for personal use by anyone who feels they have a need unless I have, for some unforseen reason, stated otherwise in the photo description. I do keep the larger file sizes of most of my photos. So if you would like me to email one to you please contact me with your email address, cemetery name, and person's name. | |

 | ROCKSWOLD I'm looking for Lewis & Ethel Rockswold, they are the parents of Rockswold tripletts who are buried in North Lamour Cemetary. If you are able to check this out. I have other Rockswold I'm looking for and they seem to live in the Litchville, Valley City, Forman ND area. I not familiar with the area. Any information will help & understand if this is out of your area. Thanks Carlyn | | | Sharelle Gehring
 | Blooms Thank you so much for all the information you furnished to me on Axel, Amanda, May and Julia Bloom. I have entered all the updates. | | | Melissa O'Brian
 | Re #36266116 Warren Edward Fichtner I was searching for the spouse that parented the 4 children of Gloria Anne Pittock #83317476. When I found no Fichtner at Jacksonville Cem., Jackson co., OR...I widened my search in Find A Grave. Going to last name in Refined, & all counties. Bingo, found him. I noted your message that he is a 1st cousin 2x removed. There is no data about their relationship, except to say there were 3 sons & a dau surviving.
Were they divorced? I would like to include data on our tree on ancestry.com recognizing this family relationship. I see he had 2 wives from this 2009 created memorial. Was he also divorced from Hellen Crichton, or is she his widow?
Like you I find Find A Grave a highly undervalued resource for family research & genealogy.

 | Rinerd Bomberg I just read your statement on transferring to family members and wanted to let you know that I would be very pleased to have these entries transferred to my care, and I am also just fine if you prefer to continue managing them yourself. Have a lovely day! | | | LYNDA OSWALD
 | RE: Bomberg family His sister, Lydia, is my great-great grandmother. I am so grateful for people like yourself who contribute to these sites, even for non-family members. What a gift to have that connection extended across the miles. | | | Marjorie
 | Vikens Thank you so much for transferring them to me. I really appreciate it. It is fun to have the family all together.Added by Marjorie on Nov 14, 2012 1:15 PM | | | Carlyn Johnson
 | Rockswolds Per & Emma Rockswold are in North Lamoure Cemetery in ND. Their daughter Emma was single & died one year before her mother. Was wondering if she is also in this cemetery in unmarked grave. Can you check this out and or any name of person I can contact? Emma Christine Rockswold 1899-1924 she died of Tuberculosis. Thanks | | | BJ
 | RE: Magdaline Koeplin She certainly is...I had no luck either...but, guessing she was married to a "Burlic?" prior to her marriage to August...as she has a single daughter named Blanche Burlic? on the 1920 census...
They must have been married in Millerville...wonder if the Church has those old records...

 | Mathias and Karen Johnson Hi Karissa- My grandparents are Mathias and Karen Johnson of Cooperstown, No. Dakota. I'm trying to do geneology research on my Mother Christine's family and am looking for information that will help in tracing their lives in Norway before emigrating to the US in late 1800's. Your gravesite photos have been much appreciated. Thanks, Elsie Booth | | | | [View all messages...] |
