Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a Missouri girl, now residing in KY. and I have been hooked on finding my family since the 1960's but I put it on the back burner when I went to work.

One of the joys of my retirement is taking Find A Grave pictures for others and helping to link loved ones together. And many times there are additional family members that they didn't know are with their loved one.

Find A Grave is such a wonderful website as it has helped us to appreciate those who came before and to honor them.

My families are Greenlees, Driskell, Nash, Eustace, Weese, Aldrich, Brays and many more.

The pictures I take for you, belong to you. You may use them in you family tree but please credit me for taking the picture.

I would be happy to transfer any of my memorials to you as long as they meet Find A Grave guidelines and they are not my family.

Good news and bad . . .
I found the grave of William and Lois Maclay, however William's name was not engraved on the stone. I don't know why, but possibly it just had never been ordered. I'm finding out that sometimes the engraving was paid for pre-need, but if no one places the order to have it done, is goes undone. If it was not previously paid for, perhaps the family just did not have the money to do it.

Anyway, William's parents are buried two rows to the west of them; they are William, Sr. and Euphemia. There were not memorials already made for them, so I created them and added photos. The photo caption of the area photo will explain where they are in relationship to each other.

I hope this information helps your research.

Best regards,

RE: William & Lois Macclay
Absolutely! Thanks for asking. I'll probably be getting the photos this weekend.

Oh, that's better. I found him. He's in the Sycamore Plot, so Lois will probably be with him. You don't need to call, after all.

William & Lois Macclay
Hello. I checked Inglewood's online database for William and found nothing on him. Are you sure they are buried there? Inglewood only has burials from 1974 through 2008 online, so I could not check for Lois. They are currently working on a larger database but that will be in the future. There are nearly 400,000 people buried there.

I think you should call them to confirm. (310) 412-6500

Bad Weather

I completely understand about any delay in photos, and I never want you to feel any pressure from me about the time frame. I appreciate all you do when you have the opportunity. I would be upset with you if you were out there risking frostbite just to take volunteer photos. I hope you're warm and cozy at home.

Your buddy,

Bless you my dear, for getting the gravestone photos for Allen and Laura Omer. There is no hurry to take these, so do take your time when the weather is much better. Crazy weather everywhere. Thank you for doing this.

Hi Babs -

Many thanks for fulfilling my request of Andrew. I didn't know him but his son, Tom Kaelin
, just passed away last week and I wanted to attach his parents. Tom was a good friend of mine back in the days of General Electric air conditioning department. Did you happen to notice if Andrew's wife, Catherine L. was buried with him?

Again, I appreciate your time and effort in getting the photo for me. I'm pretty sure you have done that in the past for myself and my wife, Claudia Jansen Hartley.
