|Stacy Ann Williams Heslop||Nettie Williams Talbert|
Good afternoon, Robert!
Well, we may be related. I have Williams' & Talberts who have married with each other in Dallas County, AR. I would have to do some research on Nettie to see how I may be related.
Thank you for contacting me!

Napoleon Bonapart Richardson b. 3/28/1850 died 6/26/1921.
I have no idea where I got his burial place from.
What section of Magnolia is he buried in? I have the master disc. I have over 50 sections and 20 thou people. It would make it easier to find him if you have the section.
I wonder if he has obit in the paper. I would like to check his relations too.

|Laura Sanders||Knight Family|
I am researching the Knight family from South Carolina, and am a little confused about James Knight Sr (b abt 1760) and James Knight Jr, b abt 1799. Why do you believe it was James Knight Sr married to Jane (Mary Jane) Davis, and not James Jr?

Yes, I am related to the Leysath family. You and I e-mailed several times back in January.

|Mary Ann||RE: CARRIE ETTA SNELLGROVE|
Thank you so much, Bob. Other than the bible, which I am surprised to hear about, I believe the other instances of the name all came from that same census. I uploaded some photos of Carrie Etta (one with her mother Matilda, her daughter, and grandson, and the other of her alone) - I imagine you've seen those by now. I would love to hear your old stories. I found your "Female Side of Our Family" genealogy on the Lauderdale Historical Society site and am very much enjoying reading through it. I wish the Meridian Star had online historical archives - I would love to read the Alfred Snellgrove Blazed a Trail... article. I'll email you so that you can contact me privately if you'd like to share any stories. I have death dates but no sourcing, so I'll wait to submit those until I can prove them. Thanks again for your quick changes!

|Carolyn Buckley||RE: MARQUIS D. L. CLARK MEMORIAL|
I am the granddaughter of Daniel Felix Clark, who married Cordelia Six on 2 April 1882 in Independence County, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Marquis D. L. Six. Daniel and Cordelia had a son, Marquis D. L. Clark (Mark) born 14 February 1883. She isn't in anything else I can find from that time till he remarries in 1889 to my grandmother, Nancy Fain. I have been able to find Mark Clark living with his grandfather, Marquis Six in the 1900 Census for California, Cleburne County, Arkansas, and later I found his grave in Fivemile Cemetery, Cleburne County, Arkansas. He died on 15 January 1903. I have no idea how he died or anything about him. My grandfather died when my dad was very young (7 years old) and in all his talking about his family over the years, he never mentioned his dad being married before his mother, or having a half-brother named Mark. He would have not been born when Mark died. My dad was one of 12 children, and he was number 10. I guess my grandmother didn't mention it either, but she died when Dad was 11, and there was nothing remembered. I have searched all files I could find, and I can't find when or where Cordelia died or where she's buried. My grandfather and his mother are buried in Egner Cemetery in Salado, Independence County, Arkansas, and you can find them on Find-A-Grave. Mark and his grandfather Six are on there also. If you should run into any of this info, I sure would appreciate knowing what happened. I hope this answers some of your questions, too. Carolyn
|Melba Wells||Letter on 2-22-1988|
I found your letter in a box of old letters.
At the time you were researching the famiy of Jeremiah J. Hayman and Nancy Lucretia Williams. I do not know if I ever answered your letter. Sorry for the delay.
After doing a bit of research, I find that this Williams line is not my line. I descend thru the G.F.Byrd Williams that lived below Toomsuba and my Felix Boney also lived in that area.
Boney Usher Williams was brother to my great grandmother, Nancy Williams, wife of Felix Boney and Boney Usher's family lived in the Causeyville area.
To date, the Boney Field has yet to be found. However, I believe that is posibally located on the property that belonged to Kinsey Boney, brother to Felix. Now some of Kinsey's descendants are related to "Fate" Williams.
Wish I could have been more help to you.
After 44 years of research, I still hit brick walls.
