|Bio and Links|
Born in hamilton county ohio but raised in knox county ky around the girdler comunity. i had six brothers and no sisters. we were raised poor, most times up a holler. proud of my raising though. it lets me know how much more we have now that so many take for granted. i give god the praise and glory for all things.|
like everyone else, I do make mistakes. if you see one i,ve made i have no problem correcting it if you bring it to my attention. i think our loved ones deserve the respect we can give them through find-A-grave. sponsor a loved one.
please don,t add a bio to the flower section of a memorial that i have created, send me the info and i will add it with proper credit to you.
if I have added a photo to a memorial of yours you wish me to remove, please let me know along with the f.a.g memorial number. i try to get as many photo request as i can. if you have a request for a photo that has no directions or map to the cemetery, in most cases i will just pass it up. so, if you will add directions to the cemetery beside your request you might have more luck getting a photo of your stone.
if you add a stone photo to a memorial that is much clearer than the one i have on it,
please let me know and i will delete my photo rather than clutter up the memorial. Please ask before using one of my cemetery photo,s. I have done the leg work the least others can do is ask.
I sometimes send out obituaries to a memorial, this is to help connect deceased family members.
I want to thank everyone that has help link family members to their memorials. thank you one and all.

|Debbie Hartline ||Your thanks to my Father for service.|
I am so grateful for your message on my dad's gravestone picture. It is kind of you to leave a thank you for his years of military service. He was proud of his country and to be thanked for it touches my heart. Thank you so much. He would also be touched by your thoughtfulness.

On memorial #124607840, you have the name listed as Roy Robin Gorsuch, Jr. His name actually was Roy Rankin Gorsuch, Jr. He was born on November 6, 1950. The Rankin name came from his maternal grandmother, Myrtle Naomi Rankin. My dad, Thomas Harry Gorsuch & Roy Sr. were brothers. I don't know if there is a way to attach these memorials, but Roy Sr's Memorial # is 6674599.
Thank you for adding Roy Jr.

You so welcome. I thought it was important for all of us who her searching for those connections and truth of their heritage. People, places, time periods, tombstones, etc... are all equally important in one's search for truth. I know I sound a bit medieval, or eccentric, but I want to make corrections along this path, since I live where they lived, go where they went, and am created by God using their genetic fibers. Thank you for passing this information along. Maybe just maybe it will tie the blood line's loose ends up for someone who is searching. Have a blessed life.

Somehow I missed that email. I don't know how to have Find A Grave merge them, and it would be a great idea to have them add an alternate name of Cedar Cliff Cemetery to Samuel Baker Family Cemetery. It's in the description, but could be easily overlooked. I can transfer the memorial to you and let you go ahead and add whatever you need too. Thanks friend.

Just discovered that you and I each have a memorial for Danny..mine is #147307512 and yours is #167942051. I had him in a cemetery in Hart Co, because the obit was a little confusing. My memorial has links to family and yours has great pics of stones...Can we have the two merged or what??? I'd hate to lose the flowers or pictures from either one. Let me know what you would like to do.. THANKS

Would you be kind enough to transfer Helen Walker to me?? She was our postmistress for many years... Also, I didnt mean for you to delete your memorial for Geraldine Goble. The contributor that had the other one quit doing anything after he had done about a hundred or so memorials...He had her name wrong also. Her obit had her as a Lunsford. Her and her husband died on the same day..and I have no idea why they used the name Lunsford on her obit. Thanks...my number is 48250375
