Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have found memorials, many with photos of gravestones, for many of my ancestors on this site. I have used the Photo Requests feature to see the gravestones for other relatives as well. The members and volunteer photographers have responded wonderfully!
I think this is a wonderful resource, for a lot of reasons. I am fortunate to be able to volunteer as well by fulfilling Photo Requests of nearby cemeteries when time allows, from people just like me and you who would not be able to see the grave sites of their relatives or loved ones otherwise.
By creating a memorial, I am more than willing and delighted to maintain it until a family member would like to take over the responsibility.

I do not make duplicate memorials on purpose, but sometimes they just happen; and I will delete mine as soon as notified.
Please do not ask me to delete my older memorial because you didn't spend the time to see if one was already created. I am sorry your memorial may have more information, pictures, etc., but these are Find-A-Grave rules and I happen to agree with them.

You can add photos and suggest corrections, link parents and spouses without having to request management. Add information by using the EDIT TAB in the upper right of memorial. Simply having someone in your family tree is not grounds for a transfer request. With hundreds of thousands of contributors, there are many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all contributors to manage their entire tree. Transferring of management should only be requested If you have extensive changes to make to a memorial.
Please tell me your specific relationship to the one you want transferred to you. I would like specifics not vague statements. IF YOU AREN'T SPECIFIC, I WILL IGNORE/DELETE YOUR REQUEST. Make requests only through the EDIT button in top right corner of memorial. All other requests will be ignored. Please be considerate when asking.

If you want me to add links, PLEASE make change/addition requests through the EDIT button in top right corner of memorial.

I authorize anybody to use the photos I have posted for personal use.

Clinton K Powers
Rick, I found the profile for Clinton K Powers 1923-1977 at the Floral Hill Cemetery in Lynnwood, Snohomish, Washington that you have created. I believe this is the correct burial for my maternal grandmother's brother, Clinton Keith Powers. Do you know if there are anymore details than what is visible on the headstone? I have 22 July 1923 for his birth and 25 Oct. 1977 for his death. There is another profile on Find a Grave for Clinton at: Do you know if there is a way to combine these duplicates? You have the grave info, and the other has the family connections, but not the burial info. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Hubert and Dorothy Robbers
Hello Rick. I am curious to know if you are related to Dorothy or Hubert? I am looking for descendants of Dorothy. Dorothy's mother was Bertha Baker (possibly Mathews) Smith. I have an older friend who is in her late 80's that has some poetry Dorothy's mom wrote about 80 yrs ago. She is looking to find family members who might be interested and appreciate having such a precious gift.
Please let me know.
Thank you,

Patricia Smith's grave photo
Thank you for providing a pic of my Aunt Patricia's (and Baby) grave marker. I wasnt even aware she was finally given one. She passed in the same car accident as my father did, His name was LeRoy Mac Smith. I am so happy to see she finally has the marker. Thanks again!

RE: Helen Fredericksen - 125785412
When I search for Helen Fredericksen I do not find her. When I search for Helen "Olson Fredericksen" she appears. Few people will look for that double surname. Generally, in the case of multiple marriages, you would not see any surnames in the name field except her maiden name and her final married surname, all the other surnames that she used would appear only in the bio. I personally think Findagrave should have the ability to accept search criteria of "Contains" not just "Equal To", but there it is. Even searching for Helen "Olson" will not find her. It is especially sticky when her gravestone supports the double surname. Good luck on this one!
