Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am married with four (4) grown children and four (4) grandchildren. I became interested in genealogy in 1979 when I began to fill in the large Family Bible that someone gave us as a wedding present. Most of the people that could have helped me were already dead, so grave markers & tombstones became another way for me to get information. I have been interested in our family tree since that time and have compiled and written two (2) books, The Stephenson Family: Past & Present and co-authored The Barnhill Family with Louise Gillespie Lynch. My books may be found in the Library of Congress and in various public and University Libraries across the USA.

I am guessing you entered his from his obituary only. Family didn't put this in here because he is not buried in this cemetery. I am his wife's cousin and I am doing the family history. Brenda didn't know anything about this either.

Thank you,

Wanda

I noticed that you requested to have several memorials transferred to you from Kimshockey (reb)46563854. I noticed that she is no longer an active member. I do not know if someone else had advised you, but because she is inactive any questions or transfer requests should be sent to info@findagrave.com. The admins will take care of any of your transfers, links etc. Please make sure that you let them know when you requested the transfer(s) (if you have a copy of your email include it with your requests) and include their memorial number and also yours (Please note the number you have for Mr Farris is incorrect - it should be 11228221). It make take about 30 days for them to respond but be patient it will happen. Take care - Cindy

RE: Paul & Geneva Lemmonds
I have added a better headstone picture for Mrs. Geneva. The stone is not leaning!

I looked at that picture and thought to myself it was leaning but it must be the sloping hill. Or the fact I had already taken too many photos that day! The back side (Paul E. Lemmonds) does not appear to be leaning. Then look at the larger photo, it is not leaning. I will go and take a better photo for her memorial page. My apologizes.

RE: Arthur A. Jackson, Sr.
Hi. When I started my own family search in 2006, I knew of my dad, my paternal grandmother, two uncles and an aunt. A photo I had never seen led me to find my great-grandfather, his two wives and the 19 children they produced...and I found all the resting places for them. So, yes, it's a valuable tool to use.

I submitted a correction on his wife, as I accessed the computer recordds there, and could not find her name. It was raining extremely hard this morning, so I might have missed it, but I did not see a memorial for her near him. I will go back in the morning, first thing, and check. If I find her, I will most definitely take the photo.

Thanks so much.
Bobby

I am so sorry! I do not mean to be a bother! Evidently I cannot remove the photo as I was not the person who added it. When you have time can you please remove it for me?
Thank you for all the trouble I have put you thru! And thanks again for all the hard work!!!
