Bio Photo Returned to Missouri after spending 2001 thru 2010 in SE Pennsylvania. Presently working for the State of MO. so this is something I do in my spare time. My dad's family turned up in Lexington, MO. I believe in the 1880's orgins from Scottish and unknown orgins, my moms family has orgins in many different European nations, the most notable being the Rickey's of Scotland.

Photos in the Quick Cemetery
Bill,
I would like to thank you for all of the work you have done in the Quick Cemetery in Johnson Co., MO. All of the photos you have taken and posted to Find A Grave. I am descended from Daniel C. Quick and Betsy Ellen Tannehill and their daughter Annie F. Quick McVey. Going to the Quick Cemetery has been on my bucket list for about 15 years and I had just about given up on seeing all of the headstones. Now I can finally see what the stones look like. Thank you again.

Elizabeth Rankin and Buchanans
Thank you for your time and care for sharing your headstone pictures of our family.

Elizabeth Rankin was my 3rd great grandmother.
Jesse Buchanan was a first cousin removed.
Nellie Rankin Buchanan was my 3rd great aunt, and James S Buchanan was her husband.

These stones really have character. Without your help, I'm sure we would have never seen them. Thank you again.
