In 2011 I wanted to trace my family tree. This website has provided so much information. I can't tell the volunteers how much this means to me! Keep up the good work. I've taken volunteer photos and will continue to do that when I can.
Thanks for all of the great photos that you guys have taken for me.

Yes it is... Curious, where and what are you doing in your profile pic? Are you on F.B and have we ever meet? We need to get a Gayton reunion together one day. I went to one last year or the year before. I never really got to know anyone on pappaws side of the family. I knew Alferd( or Terry) and another one that had the band The Watchers or something like that when I was a kid. I had a cassette of then growing up but between the moving I lost it. I would love to track one of those cassettes down. Maybe we can get together one day and meet. I didn't know your mom until my mom started working there. I don't remember Isabelle. I wish........ alot of things anyways. On the family tree part I'm not sure what I helped you with but if it was the Reaids, there's also Rodger Reaid. Eva and Ervins son. Yeah I couldn't find her, so I had added it and couldn't remember the dates so I deleted it. I think. Thank you for adding Ervin as well. Could you add Deborah Ann Reaid Bell as Evas daughter and Janies sister? I'm new on here. I googled my pappaw Sammy and it gave me this web page which I found really awesome. It gave me a family tree on that side that I never knew about. I'm not sure who to thank for all of this but thank you and I live in Acworth if there's anything I can do to help, please let me know. Could you please add Eva Brookshire Reaid as Janie Gaytons mother. I don't know her birthdate or when she died but she's buried in Oak Grove Babtist Cemetery. Thx....Janies granddaughter..

That's a great photo. So glad you added it. Please feel free to add any photos you have of your family to any of my memorials. In October, I was able to obtain a photo of my great, great grandfather on my dad's side of the family. And I added it to his memorial. Hey there, I did a lot of Ancestry.com research on the Swann families in Rockdale Co. today. There some buried at Pleasant Hill and the older generation at Sodom Cemetery.
