Bio and Links
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I live in Kirkland, WA, and am tracing ancestry for my husband's and my families.
Both my husband and I were born in Nebraska and the majority of our ancestors emigrated from Europe to Nebraska in the mid-late 19th and early 20th centuries. The McFadden/Stark ancestry and emigration to North America goes as far back as pre-Revolutionary era in the 1600s.
My family ancestors are all from the area of now Czech Republic and family names Sobotka, Novak, Perina, Woksa, Citta, Brukner. Most emigrated to Omaha, Nebraska area.
My husband was born in Blair, Nebraska, and family ancestors names Jensen, Wardell, Truhlsen, Hansen, Blaco, McFadden, Stark. Emigration from Denmark and England eventually to Washington County area.
I add/manage memorials only for those within my family or my husband's family. If you have information to add for these memorials, I am happy to review and update. Please make requests through the regular section on "Edit - Make suggestions or corrections" for memorials. Thank you.
John Peter Novak
Hi,
Unfortunately, I'm not actually in the area to check if John Peter Novak is buried in the same cemetery as Mary Novak. Since you know his death date, you could check with the Nebraska State Historical Society to see if they can find an obituary in the local newspaper that would give his burial location. They will do that for a small fee.
Thank you for setting the record straight, if you'd like to manage your family memorials I'd be happy to transfer to your care. Easiest if you send your request through the memorial, corrections are made!
I added the father and mother in the Bio section as I did not know where they are buried in order to get their # to link. If you can tell me where they are buried I will link.
